Just moved here and was amazed that super markets don't sell liquor. We drove around and found this place. Boy, is this place huge! Large selection. I've seen liquor in there I didn't even know existed. LOL. We haven't had a problem even when it's busy. Everyone here has been nice and knowledgeable. Plenty of parking. Pretty well lit. We've been to a few other places but so far this is our go to when we would like an adult beverage. read more

I made an order for pick up, just a 42o extractor and a few shooters. Like most places, the pick up window is 2-hours. I came 25 minutes into the window and the order wasn't ready; a bit inconvenient but no big deal. I waited patiently for the order (which I definitely could have picked up myself in the time it took for him to bring everything up), but I didn't realize until I got home that he picked the wrong shooters. I wasn't told that the shooters that I wanted were out of stock or etc.. I was just given the wrong ones and I think that this was careless. I thought about going up back up there just to exchange for the shooters that I DID order, but after reading the reviews, I don't wanna risk the disappointment. Sidenote: I can't imagine that to continuously be on high alert, watching everyone as though they're gonna steal from you, does your nervous system any good, but whatever. read more

I went there in person the next day and was at least able to get the items I purchase, when I asked about the delivery charge they told me to call the phone number that they don't answer.... place is a joke. read more

This place is the worst! I purchased a mixer on a Friday night and the next morning I went to return it UNOPENED and they refused to take it back. Made up some dumb story about their boss needs to approve it and to come back. Nowhere on the receipt that I provided does it state "no returns" nowhere in the store does it state "no returns" this place is trash and so is the staff. read more

There are quite a few negative reviews here, sure, but for the most part DIA Liquor Warehouse is a decent store. They have a large selection of wine, beers, and spirits. (Although I'd love to see an expanded range of organic products.) The staff are sometimes friendly, but sometimes they're not. Their prices are commensurate with the area. The place often stinks of cigarettes. (Please, fix the ventilation.) The biggest draw card for me is that this store is local and therefore convenient. Enough said! read more

Ordered through Drizly - about $90 for 3 bottles, wrong stuff sent and then couldn't contact them on the phone. It rang and literally someone picked up the phone and ask down repeatedly. I reached out to Drizly who seems like they might take care of it, we'll see. I've been in this store before and the selection is nice but the customer service is always bad. Completely not worth it - save your time, money and energy and go to Total Beverage - it's worth the drive. This place is expensive too. From reviews it looks like they over charge their patrons and operate a very shady business. Door dash informed me they would be charged for their shady behavior. Good n door dash!! Order multiple times through Drizzly. Our delivery time each time we ordered was pushed back by hours. Gave them the benefit of the doubt the first couple of times. We Contacted the store after ordering from them again and the employee stated it would be 3 hours on top of the 2 hours we had already waited. He blamed their lack of delivery on a small amount of snow. We live in Colorado. This is normal not a lot of snow or a blizzard. The person we spoke to was rude. The drizzly app showed that our purchase each time had not even left the store. Would not recommend them for delivery ever. read more

Store would not compensate delivery charges for not delivery. I have to go to the store after more than 24 hours of not delivery. They were extremely rude and glue to their phone, not even looking at my face. One person gave me the order but I didn't get my services fees and tip back. Terrible establishment. Bought a bottle of bourbon online because the price was lower compared to everyone else. Never received an email saying the order has been processed or ready to be picked up when the original email said I would "receive an email momentarily". Went into the store to go grab the bottle myself and the price was $25 more on the shelf than what was listed online. They wouldn't honor the online price and I had to dispute the purchase with my credit card company. What kind of business doesn't know how to manage their prices properly? Not to mention they either A) never received my online order which I placed 15 hours before going in or B) Saw my online order and ignored it knowing they messed up their pricing. As someone who used to work in the liquor industry for 15+ years, I'd never step foot in that store again. Just a horrible experience. read more

This was our to go liquor store until today. We live close and always stop by. Today my husband stopped after work. While shopping around and holding a bottle that he was going to buy, the owner came up to him and demanded him to put the bottle down, yelling at him "you break you buy" IT WAS OUT OF NOWHERE! Of course we know that but why target him? He was doing nothing but shopping around and bringing in business. We've never been treated like this. Seriously so disrespectful and unprofessional.
