Linguine Tutto Di Mare. Molto bene!

Terrific, authentic place! We were visiting the Capitol and the sites and stopped by for dinner with the kids. Excellent service, great food, portions are h-uge! We had linguine with seafood, spaghetti with meatballs, and penne with chicken. The owner/chef came out and talked to us for a while. It makes a difference when people care! We will be back definitely.

We were in town to see the Lincoln home, tomb, etc. Found this place on Yelp and it is great. Wonderful food and super service!

We went in for dinner and noticed not a single staff member was wearing masks so we left.

The atmosphere felt dated, with dark wood-paneled walls and a dining room that seemed geared toward an older crowd. That's not necessarily a negative, but the food was the bigger disappointment. We started with the bruschetta ($14.50), which was not what we expected. Instead of a traditional bruschetta, it was essentially sesame-seed bread topped with olive tapenade, red onions, tomatoes, and olives. It lacked freshness and balance. I ordered the Shrimp Alfredo ($26.00), and it was simply bland. The baby shrimp, fettuccine, and Alfredo sauce came together in a dish that was forgettable and lacked flavor. My husband and son were similarly underwhelmed by their meals. The baked ravioli was probably the best thing we ordered, but even that wasn't particularly memorable. The house salads arrived swimming in Italian dressing, and the house cabernet did nothing to improve the meal. Overall, the food felt dated, heavy, and uninspired. We left wondering how a restaurant with such a strong reputation could serve food that seemed stuck decades in the past. Unfortunately, this is not a place we'll be returning to.

Our party enjoyed the spaghetti with meatballs and pizza. Everything tasted amazing and fresh. The desserts were incredible, especially the tiramisu. While parking can be a hassle depending on when you go, it is well worth it. Cannot stop thinking about the food since we left and am very excited to come back soon.

The ambiance was welcoming and made you feel like you were definitely in an Italian restaurant. It was a little loud but not to a point where it was unbearable. We started with some Itialian lemon tea and peach tea that were unbelievably tasteful. We also had to try the black cherry cane soda that was so flavorful. NEW YEARS SALAD was so good and everything in the salad seemed to be of high quality. I wish there was a little more dressing but overall the amount of dressing would prob be great for the normal person. I ordered the FUSILLI AL PESTO and it was so good. I added shrimp to it and it went well with the flavor. The bread they bring out was so soft and delicious. We could have eaten another loaf. We also ordered the pizza and it was so good. The kids ate the whole pizza and said we have to come back here again. I have to say the pizza was not like any other pizza in town. The parking can be a bit tough but absolutely worth trying to find a spot.

We had several people in our meeting who were vegetarian/vegan and who had eating restrictions, and there were plenty of filling, healthy, and hearty options for them to choose from. The staff was competent and understanding, the food was hot and well packaged. A staff member even took it upon themself to separate and label our bags for those with food restrictions, something that was a huge help. Received nothing but compliments about the food!

The chicken parm should have been flattened but it was just a breast with uneven thickness which results in uneven cooking - meaning you overcook some parts to ensure the thickest parts are cooked. Kind of amateur! The salmon was terribly overcooked. The side bowls of pasta were a bit gluey/mushy from sitting too long, I think. The desserts, especially the tiramisu, weren't really edible - sorry, but they taste straight of a Sysco freezer. But, the appetizers were pretty good, the service is competent and they were friendly at the front of the house. I wouldn't go back but you can find something here if you have a craving for very basic Italian food.
