I brought all my medical records from my previous physicians as well as neurologist to review. In addition to needing a new primary, I also had a simple one page form for my long-term disability company to fill out. It was just list my diagnosis and or prognosis. However, Dr. Mohsen Kheradpezhouh refused to even see me! I've never heard of this in my life. My friend is a retired Doctor and he thinks that it's absurd but also unethical to hear about a physician to behave in such a manner. He states that this one of the reasons why he retired because of insurance companies and other physicians like this! So in other words, if you are currently disabled or elderly, do not go to this practice, you'll not receive any medical care, so why would you want a doctor in the first place. I apologize for such a long review, but people need to know about the state of medical care in this country and what it has become.

She has treated me for many ailments, and I have NEVER been dissatisfied with the service in her office. There have been a few rare occasions where I needed an immediate answer after-hours, and Dr. Arcand had given me her personal cell phone number to call, which was very rare in my experiences. The only reason that I can imagine that the person who left such a negative review is that perhaps the receptionist may have been out of sorts, not a good fit for the office. I've been going to Dr. Arcand since 2010, and never encountered such treatment from anyone.

A perfect example of this is as follows. I had an appointment a week ago.Due to a last minute conflict I had to change it. Instead of scheduling me a week or so out, Naomi changed the time, but kept appointment on the same day. The very next day yet another last minute change from another Dr. Once again I called Naomi and once again she changed the time and kept my appointment on the same day. I don't ever remember a Drs. office doing anyhting of the sort. If more of this sort of treatment of pateints were like this, it would be much more pleasant on the patients behalf.
