Many people who live in Baja Norte keep PO Boxes here (this is literally about 10 minutes walk from the border). It is always busy, the parking lot can be a little cramped at times. Personnel are very nice and helpful but speak only limited English (some are fluent in both languages). It is much easier to just speak Spanish here but be forewarned if you don't speak Spanish may be a little harder to find someone to help you. The only thing that sucks is it doesn't have one of those machines where you can buy postage and prep your own package for mailing.

This company is shaking down people that just want their items. Do not deal with this company. This company is based in Mexico and lives up to the stereotype that the entire world has of that place. Crooked as hell. They can keep that package
