They are also indicated on their website…read moreyet Miss Barbie Rent A Cop decides to lock the doors leading into the lobby area and won't engage with you unless you continuously wiggle the locked doors and then tries to humiliate disabled and retired citizens by saying in broken English and in street language "I lock and forbids entrance to here if there's a longer fila, you know it's says so right here". I said "where?" She then physically points to the glass doors but there's nothing visible because the paper printed notice is taped on the interior side of the glass doors and might I add the glass is heavily tinted and not even a fresh set of eyes can detect it. After I continued to make an obvious observation she then "slaps her manicured hand" on the glass door to attempt to plead her case in front of a handful of other citizens disabled or retired or whatever the reason the were also arriving prior to the 4pm closing time. I told her "most of us that come here are disabled and or elderly and retired, you know I'm right!" She replies "si yeah you're right!, you're always right" so I left humiliated, disrespected, and discriminated by this "Barbie Rent a Cop" as pretty as she may appear in the mirror she has and makes herself look disgusting by her attitude of which we the tax payers employ her!!! I've been on hold with their 800 number because now I don't even want to step foot in that office due to her publicly disrespecting and humiliating me and others alike. Know I will be filling a formal complaint and seek council on this disgusting discrimination issue!!! Note I made her aware of my disability but her response was a sarcastic giggle! as she's now having dinner I'm still on "hold" when I too should be having dinner! Oh and right at 4:30pm most of the SSA agents were leaving the office!

@Monica- that's funny because I found it very easy to request an extension. I put my case number…read moredown, requested the extension, wrote down why I needed and signed it. Faxed it over and called back and BOOM. Approved. Very simple instructions. Maybe it was too easy for you to grasp or you must of been too busy with school be able to sign a request that you are providing to a court. You said their systems are outdated but you were able to keep up with it haha sorry that's too funny. Actually I was going to mail in my request but luckily I called and they gave me an option to fax it in to get to them faster. I feel you though that the traffic court didn't work around to your conveince but you do have to go by their policies. As far as customer service they aren't retail keep that in mind but I'm sure you were a total sweet heart on the phone with them as well right? How dare they treat you rudely because you didn't want to sign your request. Hope you were able to learn from the experience and follow directions next time.
