The first night after they installed the french drain system and new pit, the sump pump started mal-functioning. The workers came back the next day to finish the job and told us that the floater was sticking and that we may need a new sump pump. Mike tried to scare us into buying a new sump pump for $450. Knowing that we could go buy a perfectly good sump pump for less than $200 at Home Depot, we said no. They "finished" the job and we paid Mike in cash. Well, the next day our sump pump failed again and caused water to seep up onto our basement floor. We called Mike to ask him to come repair the sump pump that his workers had carelessly broken. He told us that there was nothing that he could do and that they don't fix sump pumps and that's why we should have bought a new one yesterday. Furthermore, he didn't offer any sort of remediation. Immensely frustrated after spending all that money, still having a wet basement, and getting no assistance from the company, my husband went to take a look at the sump pump himself. Low and behold, he found little pieces of plastic in the pit that the workers left in there. He removed all the pieces and ever since the sump pump has been working like new. We truly felt like they were sabotaging our sump pump on purpose to scam us for more money. Even if this was not the case, it was still negligence on their part. Furthermore, Mike who claims that he oversees everything only showed up on the last day in order to get paid and never bothered to inspect the quality of work. Overall, even though our basement is dry, the customer service and accountability were lousy. I would not recommend this company to any of my friends or family members.

They did a fantastic job, kept me updated on the progress and everything is working great to this day. The existing pit was way too shallow, which was shown by the fact that when the job was done right it took 2 days for the water to settle from filling and pumping out. A while later everything is still working fine.

Joe was our Senior Project Manager and Chad was our project foreman. Both of them were extremely friendly, caring and understanding and they have an INCREDIBLE team of hardworking, friendly guys. They were able to complete replacement of both our barn and house roof in 1 day, and came back to do our flat roofs the next business day (because it was a different material). They were so careful, especially, with our barn because of our horses. They made sure no debris or nails fell into their paddock and they made sure to not only do the job right, but quickly on the side facing the paddock. We couldn't believe they completed both of our main roofs in one day and when they left, it was like they weren't here with how much care they took to clean up after themselves. Tarps were laid out and they walked around both the barn and house multiple times with their magnet rollers, to ensure they don't miss any nails. We couldn't believe the quality of work they provided, and their character, kindness and professionalism was top-notch and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof replaced. Since we had to replace both the roof on our barn and house, we received A LOT of quotes from companies big and small.
