I then got no less than 10 phone calls saying "please give us a call so we can talk about your situation. Some called more than once. Lakeland Heating and Cooling (Jason) was nothing like that... $1270 flat rate to replace the water heater. Yes, thats how he replied in his email.. as I requested. Not only did they perform the install, but took care of registering our units for warranty and submitted for rebates on our behalf. Initially Brian came over to asses our A/C needs and then a team of 4 skilled technicians performed the job over the course of two days. The superheroes were Chris, Ricardo, Steven and Wilfredo. They worked until 10:30pm on very hot and humid days to complete the job. As a Realtor for over 20+ years I've come across many contractors and service providers in my career, but I have never encountered such polite, skilled and dedicated team of technicians.They had to be very creative during install and crawl through very tight spaces or work in a very hot, unvented attic and they all have done so with a smile on their faces.
