I then got no less than 10 phone calls saying "please give us a call so we can talk about your situation. Some called more than once. The last text message was at 8 pm with a phone number to call, obviously no one was coming. The man answering the call listened to my problem and said someone from TJ Miller would call me in the morning. That never happened. I called them instead and was told that I would be receiving service today. A text message was sent confirming this fact but no time frame was included. I called back and cancelled fearing the same situation would occur because they were working me into their schedule. There are plenty of of other firms that will be willing to do this inspection.
