The other cleaning service took 4 days to call back. The cleaners sent out to us worked hard right from the beginning and over the course of two visits got everything done as requested. They charge a good rate and stayed in constant contact. It was very cool because one of the appointments fell through, as the water got shut off before the new property's account was transferred to us. But Maid 2 Sparkle accommodated us and went with the flow, made a new appointment when we were ready and never complained. All told, a good experience when a good experience was desperately needed.

The courtesy he extended me was far beyond what I ever would have hoped for and I'm very grateful that he left the shop open for me to retrieve my phone.
