We were concerned about some cracks we had observed on our walls and floors, and were unsure if they were due to settling or indicative of more serious issues. Chris took the time to explain the entire process, detailing how various aspects of data need to align together or the "data needs to marry" and then that is what will ultimately let us know if there's issues. He went in more detail and I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome of the inspection, which he found that all our elevations were at industry standards. Their company name certainly matches their honesty. We will gladly do business with a company who is so honest and knowledgeable and not just trying to sell repairs. Should our home ever require any repairs in the future, we will certainly use Integrity. Highly recommend!!!

The leaves had collected in a section over the garage causing water to back up under the shingles which caused water to run off into the garage. Not only did Daniel give me an estimate to fix the problem he got up on the roof with his blower and blew the leaves off so, if it rains again, I will know for sure that the problem was the result of the leaves and not hail damage. I thought for sure Daniel was going to charge me something instead he said no charge. Thanks, Daniel

On 1/7/2022, I received a letter saying they would fix my gutter screens that they trashed and damaged at a additional fee. This is my experience. Beware.

When you call…read morefor estimates make sure you know if you are dealing with an actual roofing contractor or a company that will sub out all the work. I prefer dealing with the person who will be doing all the work. I did a lot of research on how Texas laws are different from other states and knew I had to go with Dennis. Just look at his website and you will get an education on roofing. Dennis uses only the best materials and names that I know and trust. Other companies will quote the work with companies I've never heard of. Their warranties on the labor will also be like 3 years instead of what Dennis will cover. You always want a contractor to communicate with you on everything and keep you informed. This was by far the best experience I've ever had with any contractor of any trade I've ever used. Everyone was professional and respectful. The roof went up in a day and everything was covered and then cleaned up. So if you want a good price, great communication, the right materials and knowing HonestRoof will do their best then it's a no brainer. Nothing but 5 star reviews.
