Communication with them is the worst I've seen in any establishment. Specially when you have to be up to par within communication to see how your Merch is, what it needs, etc... but if you end up talking to them twice and they CONTINUE To not talk to you or update you on anything, they seem to flat out disregard and ignore the conversation, meaning they have no respect for people and their time. So my experience is a 1 star, but out of the 5 items I got for them to do and I only received ONE in return with what I specified, is why this rating is low. But customer service: 1, communication: 0, reliability: 1. And overall: 2. I'm truly disappointed and sad because I happen to know ONE Of the workers there.
