We were initially told to give them a call an hour before, which we did. After we contacted AAA we were told the phone ahead doesn't really matter because AAA can sometimes be delayed so we told to call when we know for sure AAA is an hour out. This is confusing. If they know AAA can be delayed at any point, how can I as a customer to both AAA and Purrfect Towing know when the truck is an hour out??? Make it make sense! We called once the tow truck arrived which was within the hour in which we originally made contact and still waited more than 20- 30 minutes for someone to arrive and release the vehicle! There were two attempts, two weeks apart, by certified mail to let us know the vehicle was being charged a daily fee. This was not mentioned when we came to retrieve personal items from the vehicle almost 3 days after it arrived. Finally being contacted by insurance, we were told we were being charged daily since 5/3 and needed to move the vehicle to a different lot. The current total to move the car now is $905.24. Poor communication. We were injured in an accident that wasn't our fault. We no longer have a vehicle and the lack of empathy and compassion by the after hours team is disheartening. I hate to give a low rating because we spoke with a few people who helped prior to this encounter who were very considerate and helpful.

This location is quite close to home which is great when I do work from home. Upon arrival, I was greeted after about a minute or so, told my advisor was still working on a car ahead of me and to sit tight in my car until he comes out which was about another 2-4 minutes wait. Was escorted to the waiting area, which is open space alongside the showroom floor. I didn't notice if there were TV's or not, but they did have free coffee. Oil change took about 45min. No bells and whistles, no vacuuming or car wash. Maybe they will add these benefits later. My Telluride is brand new 2023, so this was the first oil change and although I bought it at the Hurst location, the Alliance location service center is closer and more convenient.
