Bennie was a life saver! I requested service through AAA as our dog locked himself in the running car. Bennie arrived within 18 minutes of the call to AAA. An absolute miracle on timing. Not only was Bennie professional, but speedy as well. He was able to get us in the car within 2 minutes of arrival which helped lower our stress, and the stress of the dog--who was simply excited to see someone new. I am so thankful for Bennie and the service provided. If I ever need to call DFW Road Service again, I hope we're lucky enough to have Bennie's assistance. read more

AAA called them when I had flat. They put the temp tire on and left. When I arrived at Discount, realized I no longer had tool to unlock lug nuts. After many calls to AAA and DFW over an hour, they said driver said he handed it to me. That was a lie. Beware of this business! read more

Absolutely horrible experience with DFW Road Services Inc. I was stranded with my baby last night and they never showed up. Their phone was off or dead the entire time, so there was no way to contact anyone for help or updates. It was late, unsafe, and completely unprofessional. No one followed up, no communication, no care. I paid for a service that I didn't receive -- and in a situation that could've turned dangerous. This company is unreliable, untrustworthy, and does not deserve to be in business. Do better. They will literally tell you 30 minutes ! Every hour !!!!! read more

DFW Road Service was called for us this morning when we had a dead battery in our car. Bennie came out, and he was really great! He worked really hard in the freezing cold with no gloves to try to get our battery working. Turns out, it was frozen! Yipe! Bennie had another battery for us all ready on his truck. Great warranty! Our frozen battery from AAA lasted 5 years, 2 years past the last warranty date. We just bought another one for about $230. Totally worth it for a battery that lasts so long. Thanks, Bennie! You got here so quick, and worked in the frozen morning to get us going. Woot! Totally recommend. read more

1st No internal communication, so no one knows what is going on when you ask questions. 2nd Told us they would look at it when it was brought in, but they didn't. 3rd charged use for battery replacement, even though we went and got the new battery because it was under warranty. (Yes it was in the shop at the time, came in to see the status of thing and they said batter is bad and we knew it was under warranty so we got the new one verse buying theirs.) 4th Over priced, and found the most expensive part they could. Which they charge in full for and didn't rebate the core for us but instead kept the core rebate for themselves. And thus also refused to give use the part. 5th ONLY take CASH and didn't inform us until it was times to pay bill. Most disturbing is the reason given was people were disputing charges. Now we know way. 6th They replaced a starter and didn't supple any proof starter was actually bad. But more disturbing was after calling and saying car is ready we turned on car and the engine is now knocking. (THERE WAS NO ENGINE KNOCKING BEFORE) So now we are out the money for the repair. The actual repair they did is suspect, and we still had to have the car towed to the dealership to have car repaired. Nothing about this job was right. read more

I reached out for a battery boost and provided and ETA of up to 90 mins. Their dispatch kept me informed while waiting for them their Tech to arrive. AB arrived within 30 mins of my initial call, less than 2 minutes I was on my way for a battery replacement. AB's customer and quality of service exceeded my expectations. Great experience! read more
