Mathews Plumbing corrected all of the substandard work, including the associated wallboard and painting repairs required for the Kohler project, and successfully cleared a difficult city inspection. They also followed all the rules of our high rise condo association. They also installed new kitchen fixtures and a whole‑house water monitoring and automatic shutoff system, giving us peace of mind against potential plumbing leaks. The repairs tied to the steam generator involved wallboard, tile, and paint, and their team were true artists--matching the tile, textured wallboard, and paint flawlessly. Mother Modern Plumbing will be the only plumbing service that I'll ever call again. I had been dealing with a shower and washing machine drain stoppage for a while. All other drains were fine and nothing I tried was working to clear the blocked shower and washer drain. This experience with Mother Modern Plumbing was as perfect as it gets. The first thing I noticed when I called was a quality of true kindness.. Gabby took that call and she was great. Even with my complicated schedule this week (medical appointments) she managed to work me into their schedule. She was absolutely excellent. And each of their team members that I spoke with, also had that same quality of kindness. Just genuine NICE people. Willie came over to clear the drain problem and he's an awesome guy. He figured out immediately the best approach to get the clog out. And he showed me the images with a special camera down in the drain. He's by far the most considerate person I've ever had over here. My two dogs were especially bad and barked terrible at him.. and he remained calm, relaxed and pleasant. He even saved one of them out in the street because I had left the gate open. The quality of work Medley does is what causes me to call on them time and again. They've changed my duct work and my HVAC unit. As far the Trane variable speed unit I purchased--especially at the high price I paid--does not seem to be doing as well as I expected. I know that HVAC guys will say that as long as it has a 20 degree differential from the outside temperature, it's doing its job. Well, frankly, my 30-year-old train cooled much better even though it wasn't running at the full 5-ton. While I love doing business with Medley, I'm not a fan of this new Trane unit.
