If I could leave negative 10 stars, I would. I've been here several times with service not being…read moregreat. But it's convenient for me so I keep going back. However, after Saturday, I will go out of my way to avoid this place. I work remote and recently changed jobs and needed to return my old equipment. My former employer sent me a very detailed email with QR codes and instructions that state, UPS is to pack the items. When I went in, i was asked repeatedly what was in the box. I listed out verbally and opened the box to show him as well as showed the email checklist. After 10 minutes of repeatedly asking me what was in the box, I was asked to come back on Monday at 10am. Well of course I cannot and will not, I have a job. I gave up and went to the UPS in Casa Linda. There, Jessica helped me start to finish with no questions. I'm not sure if the man here was new or just lazy. Either way, he has no business being in customer service.

I do not recommend this store if Sam, the franchise owner is there. This place is not the same with…read morehim in charge. It was immediately noticeable the disregard he had for me as a customer as soon as I walked through the door. He did not greet me, yet asked, "What do you need?" I told him I needed to fax documents, handed them to him and as he turned around to the machine I asked if I could have a Cover Sheet. He blew his breath in frustration as he turned around and gave me one and then plopped (literally made sure he had enough air time) my documents down on the weight machine. My hand was open to receive the documents, he chose to place them down otherwise. In the middle of me filling out the form I could see and feel his building frustrations so I silently pleaded and asked for help from another employee who was available. THANK YOU JOHNATHAN!! He took my papers with no problem and assisted me with professionalism, generosity and care. Abraham was nice too! Thank you young gentlemen. Sam could learn a LOT from you two when it comes to customer service and professionalism.

FedEx Office Print & Ship Center - This is an awful store to do any form of business...super unprofessional and racist against blacks

Very Disappointing Customer Service Experience…read more I visited this FedEx Office location today because my home printer was unavailable. I went to one of the self-service printing stations and used the touchscreen/payment terminal normally. The terminal was fully operational--it allowed me to retrieve my documents, select the paper settings, enter payment information, and submit the print job. After I pressed Print, the screen remained on "Processing..." for approximately 2-3 minutes, but nothing printed. Only afterward did I notice that the printer was out of service. There was an "Out of Order" sign placed on top of the large printer, but nothing was placed directly on the touchscreen/payment terminal to prevent customers from starting a transaction. My concern was simple: if the printer is out of service, the touchscreen/payment terminal should either be disabled or have a clearly visible OUT OF SERVICE notice directly on it. A customer should not be able to go through the entire process, submit payment, and wait for a print job before discovering that the connected printer does not work. I currently also have approximately a $5 pending transaction from this attempt. What made the experience much worse was the response I received when I politely brought this to an employee's attention. Rather than acknowledging the concern, she responded with an attitude and essentially told me, "This is how we do it. You can go to the next printer." When I tried to explain that I had already spent considerable time at the station because there was no obvious warning at the terminal, she eventually told me, "I don't work for you." That statement was extremely inappropriate in a customer-service environment. I was not asking anyone to "work for me." I was a paying customer reporting a legitimate problem that could easily affect the next customer as well. When I asked for the employee's name, she was not wearing a visible name badge. She identified herself verbally as "Misy" (spelling as I understood it). I then spoke with the manager, who was professional, respectful, and willing to listen to my concern. I appreciate the manager's response and want to make it clear that my complaint is not directed toward the manager.
