Hopefully we will be in this home for a while but you can bet the next home we buy will be inspected by Cliff or one of his people!

The first time I met him, he brought in breakfast for our office . I asked him where this delicious food came from, and he said, "I prepared it myself early this morning." I was shocked, and not to sound sexist, I was impressed that any man would cook breakfast for a small office! I said, "Jim, anyone who will take the time to prepare breakfast for an office has my undying loyalty for a lifetime. I will be calling you for my next inspection." I never regretted that decision. He stood by me and every single inspection he ever performed for my clients, and he kept my clients calm during all storms, both before and after the sale. If, during an inspection, Jim Adams ever said to my clients, "Put on your track shoes, and I don't take these words lightly," I said, "We are out of here!" There's no one I trust more than Jim Adams and his friend, Kenneth Holford. Both are inspectors with Made To Last that I will always trust. I love you guys! Life is not always easy, and I know this more than most. It's good to have people you can trust in your life. It's a rarity that I will never take for granted. Jim and Kenneth, thank you for the love throughout the years. I will alway recommend you first.

Additionally, he made note of which items were a concern versus not a concern, and was able to give names and 'ballpark' estimates for repairs. You should be able to spend a night in a home to test drive it before purchase...but until that becomes normalized - there are home inspections. We are working quickly to close on a home in Coppell and reached out to Angel based on his excellent reviews. He truly lived up to the hype. He was able to inspect the house within 24 hours of our request and spent a thorough 3 to 4 hours going over every detail, even climbing up on the roof. There is an upcharge to include a pool inspection, but we added it because it is always better to be safe than sorry. Angel noticed things we never would have even thought to look for. After the inspection, he took the time to personally walk us through the report, answering all of our questions, and then sent a detailed copy with photos just a few hours later. You really cannot put a price on peace of mind. Highly recommend!

He also tolerated me following him around and provided detailed information of the issues he was seeing and explaining to me (in the case of electrical outlets) what should be happening if it was properly wired. He has amazing patience and took several hours to do the inspection. The report is very detailed with numerous pictures. Even the construction manager was impressed on how it was laid out. They were grateful that they were able to give this detailed report to their tradesmen to fix all that was deficient. The report provided guidance for me so I could go back and track each item to see if it was fixed. So worth every penny.
