We called them out to the house, they came that day (Thursday) but they did not file the warranty claim until the following Tuesday. At that point we had to wait another 5-7 business days for the claim to be reviewed. It has now been two full weeks since the AC has gone out. Our house has been 83° for two weeks, and they have not returned our calls, they've been nearly impossible to get a hold of, and when we have made contact with them all they have said is "we're slammed." This morning (day 8 of the claim) we got a call from the AC manufacturer saying that Hilliard filed the claim wrong and that they have been unresponsive in their attempts to contact and resolve the issue. We have called and texted the main number and the employee numbers many, many times today and have not gotten a response. I do not understand why they have cut communications with us completely. If they are too "slammed" with a heavy workload, they either need to hire another employee to help them manage the work, or stop taking on new clients. I cannot wait for this current issue to be resolved so that we can officially be done with this company.
