And their commercial has a catchy song. Good luck getting that out of my head now that I said it. Anyhow I needed to get some new wipers for my car as my current wipers were not working as good as they used to. I also needed to get some cleaning supplies to clean the interior of my car. In the past I have usually picked up these supplies at any number of big box stores. Then I thought to myself, there is an O'Reilly close to my office, I should check them out. I stopped in one morning and was greeted as I walked in and asked if I needed any help. I explained that I was looking for some wipers and some cleaning supplies. The gentleman walked out to help me and asked if the wipers were for my Toyota. While I was surprised, I was equally impressed that he recognized the type of car I had when I pulled up. I usually like to get Rain-x wipers. They are more expensive but work much better. The good news is I noticed they had a sale going on for $8.00 off a set of wipers. The bad news is they were out of a number of sizes including the size I needed. Without hesitation this gentleman offered me a different set that he explained were as good if not better than the Rain-x. While I thought for a quick moment he proceeded to tell me he would match the sale price for these other wipers. Sold! That's a great deal! He then showed me their cleaning supplies and what he recommended. This was about as good of an experience as you can have. From my receipt the gentleman that helped me is named Mike. I'll definitely be back to O'Reilly whenever I need anything for my car.

Usually never a good experience. Be careful when you purchase from this junk yard. Their prices are…read morevery high and they will charge you for 10 different parts on a one single piece of item! They don't seem to value customer service and making it affordable, even if you are a repeated customer! There's a manager there who seems to charge you out of the wahzoo. She is very strict in making sure she catches all the 10 pieces to your one part. It is getting ridiculously expensive and unreasonable the way they find ways to tack on charges. What is wrong is where they don't ask you what part of the vehicle it is before just assuming and charging you what they feel is correct. Oh and they don't read back what they charge you for before you pay, before you know it you are charged 15 items when you only purchased 3 parts. Seriously, they find ways to slip in charges without you knowing. Be careful when buying from this junk yard and make sure you understand your parts and question your bill before you pay. Overall, horrible pricing and bad service.

I went over there by myself noticed they had a few different types of bolts and went back to the counter, to see if the other associate could look them up for me. she was not able to find them and asked Drew for some help and Drew told me they were all the same. I told him they are not the same third different sizes. We walked over. He looked at them and pointed at some and said, diesel fit most vehicles , I said, but I want to fit my vehicle. He pointed some other ones that were metric that had a smaller thread. I said, I don't want to ruin the vehicle in the wrong parts. That's why I was asking your associate at the front counter to try to look them up. He said the computer will not tell us that... I thanked him for his lack of assistance and left. I'll go to another auto parts store. This used to be the main one I come to, but I guess that changes today. Thanks, Drew.
