Tyler even went out of his busy schedule to give me a ride home. The whole staff really care about the quality of the work and making the customer happy-and your car! As one of the reviews stated, "simply the best". Thank you to Tyler and Michelle!

I almost never leave reviews, but this experience was so disappointing that I felt other people…read moredeserved to know what happened before trusting this shop with their vehicle. We chose Ladd Road Collision based on a referral, expecting honesty, professionalism, and good customer service. Instead, we experienced repair delays, poor communication, conflicting information, disrespectful treatment, and an unnecessary police call over what should have been a simple customer service conversation. Our vehicle took much longer to repair than we were originally told, and communication throughout the process was terrible. We constantly had to call for updates because no one kept us informed. Before leaving my vehicle, I specifically asked about my $1,000 deductible because it was a major concern. My father was present and personally heard Tyler tell us they would take care of the deductible. Based on that conversation, we felt comfortable moving forward with the repairs. On pickup day, Tyler called and told me the insurance company still owed the shop around $2,000. He said I would have to pay my $1,000 deductible but would try to reimburse me once insurance paid the remaining balance. That didn't sit right with me, so I immediately called our insurance adjuster. He told me he had already spoken with the shop multiple times that day and that insurance did not owe the shop any additional money. That completely conflicted with what Tyler had just told me. My father then called the shop because he had witnessed the original deductible conversation. When he was told it never happened and that they had never waived a deductible for anyone, he understandably became upset because it directly contradicted what he had heard. When my husband arrived, he intended to have a calm conversation and simply figure out what was going on. Instead, while my father and I sat visibly upset in the car, the front office employee was already speaking negatively about us. My husband told her he didn't appreciate us being talked about that way. She immediately raised her voice, and when she again insisted the deductible conversation never happened, he raised his voice out of frustration. He was there to get answers, not to start an argument. After my husband said I would be leaving reviews and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, someone from the back called the police after the front office employee said she felt threatened. She pointed to the security cameras and claimed they would show him threatening her. My husband responded, "Good, please watch the cameras," because he never threatened her physically or in any way. Before the officer ever came inside, one of the mechanics told him he wasn't needed because there wasn't actually a problem, and the officer left. To make matters worse, the front office employee told us we were "lucky" she didn't charge us storage fees while the vehicle sat waiting for the insurance claim. The most disappointing part is that we genuinely trusted Tyler. He came across as honest, but unfortunately our experience was nothing like we expected. We left feeling completely disrespected and like our concerns didn't matter. Between the repair delays, poor communication, conflicting information, and the way we were treated when we simply asked questions, this was one of the worst customer service experiences we've ever had. I can't recommend Ladd Road Collision after everything we went through. There are too many good collision shops in the area to settle for being treated this way. Save yourself the stress and take your vehicle somewhere else.
