The repairs did take ~3 weeks but my front end was pretty damaged and alone to get all the right parts and paint I know does take a while. They kept giving me calls during the time with updates on the status. One part was missing on the day I would have needed to give my rental back and so they gave me my car back and called me when the last - mostly decorative - part came in. James was willing to wait for me after my work in the evening after 6:30pm just to put that part in. He checked again if the car was running good and repeated the life-time warranty. I'm not an expert and I'm of course not happy my car classifies as an "accident car" but it drives the same and looks like new again. They did even clean it up a bit for me. I'm happy with the place! Still hope I don't have to come back... ;-)
