This location was a perfect stop for our road trip down the DE byway. There is a great open air patio with a terrific selection of highly rated beers. One ding is that they do not have flights. A bit of an oversight for a brewery that has so many varieties to try. Maybe they don't want the complications of glassware and caddies, but I feel this is a mistake. Pizza across the way was excellent and was perfectly paired with our time outside.

We were already a little obsessed with Dewey Beer Co (literally this week we bought a beer fridge because our pandemic purchases have included too many different kinds of Thrills, their line of heavily fruited sours)... but we'll be frequenting this new location even more often than the original. It's a bit farther north and tucked a bit farther from the beach, so the parking and traffic situation are easier to access by car than the original Dewey Beach location. The space is within an industrial park and features both indoor and outdoor space. The gorgeous outdoor space has several rows of picnic tables with firepits between. The indoor space has several different types of tables/bar seating, and there's two huge garage doors that allow them to open up the space on nice days. There's a few TVs hanging inside as well. Tables are seat-yourself on a first come, first serve basis --- and I would anticipate a crowd. Most importantly, the space has 20 taps. When we were there, roughly half were sours and half were IPAs (with a few exceptions). I love a good fruited sour and Dewey Beer absolutely nails it every single time. I've never tried a Secret Machine or a Thrills that I truly didn't like. Their beer selection changes regularly, but the highlights on this trip were the Euphoric Thrills (brewed with Sour Patch kids!), Thrills: Strawberry Blueberry Cherry Pie, Secret Machine Orange Passionfruit Guava (this tasted like a passionfruit mimosa!), and the pictured Secret Machine Strawberry Blueberry Gelato. They're not currently offering flights, but did have half pours for sampling purposes. They don't have food yet, but allow food to be brought it and will eventually offer some themselves. There's to-go beer just inside the front door, allowing for quick grab-and-go purchases without waiting in the bar line. It looked like they had a machine for crowlers, but they told us they weren't yet offering them. TLDR: this is a must-stop every time we are in the Delaware Beach area and I am so happy to see them expand.

Stopped by to check this newly opened brewery out. It's clean and artistically pleasing. The negative is they still don't serve food currently by may have food trucks later? Ordered: Seltzer - Pomegranate Blackberry Dragonfruit Brewers In the Wild ™ * Lager - American * Dewey Beach, DE * 5.2% ABV * The beer & seltzer were refreshing. Will try other flavors another time since the place is close by.

As a Philadelphian, we love to come here during the summer and taste the new flavor of beers and we always make sure to bring back cans for friends and families! It's just that good. Their fruit beers are incredible.

Military discounts are only on Tuesdays now. The beer is still on point. The bartenders are friendly. The place is still chill.

Great Selection and people to help make yours!

it's all about the beer but it's also a location where their staff makes you welcom. Sometimes when you need to make a decision about which style beer would make you happy a knowledgeable staff can easily help direct yo. I just love there outside seating and their Pizza Machine next door makes for a great dinner destination.

( Did not know it was the State bird) lol Wife had a much harder choice. We didn't realize it was both a brewery AND a distillery...such a hardship.. Well the Wife made her choice to stay with the draft beer and chose a pumpkin flavored ale! We were both pleased with our final selections and decided we needed to eat! The selections are pretty good too. I ended up choosing a personal meat pizza, and she chose the Tacos...both were delicious. You need to go back outside to order from a walk up window and they'll give you a beeper for when your food is ready. Found this odd but no big deal! They do tours here too, and they have a tree house which I thought was nice. (To go up you need to join a tour) . Wife and I chose only to drink eat and play bingo. It was a great night to walk in and to drink and play bingo! Thank you Dogfish Head it was all so good

The tour was above and beyond what we expected! Our tour guide, Susie, was absolutely fantastic. She knew everything and anything about the history of the brewery and the science behind it all. She was so enthusiastic and a genuine joy to spend the hour with! Our tour got to go up in the treehouse and that was very neat! After the tour (and a little bit during) we tasted many beers that are not available to the general public. It's pretty obvious why this brewery is so popular - all of their beers, even the ones you may not gravitate towards (for us, dark beers) are smooth and well balanced. There are plenty of tables inside and outside and some snacky food options. They have corn hole set up as well. We also think we may have spotted Mr. Sam himself while we were there, which was an added bonus! We ended the day in the gift shop where you can buy beer, canned cocktails, spirits and lots of cool merch!

We enjoyed the food, service, and atmosphere so much that we made it a point to come back the following year. That second visit was just okay. The food and service weren't quite as good, but we chalked it up to an off day and decided to give it another chance this year. Unfortunately, the third visit was the worst of the three. We were initially seated near the stage where the music was so loud that we could barely hear each other talk. To their credit, the host was accommodating and moved us to another table when we asked. However, our server's response was disappointing. She made a passive-aggressive comment along the lines of, "That's fine if you move, I just won't make as much money." Not exactly something guests expect to hear when simply asking for a quieter table. The food was bland and arrived at different times. Some dishes were cold by the time they reached the table. Several drinks were forgotten, and we had to remind our server multiple times before receiving them. We also spoke with management about our experience, but they seemed largely uninterested and didn't appear concerned about addressing the issues. The one bright spot is the outdoor area. It's a great space with lawn games, a playground, and plenty of room to relax. If you're looking for a place to have a drink outside and let the kids play, it serves that purpose well. For us, though, the combination of poor service, inconsistent food quality, and lack of concern from management means we won't be returning.

Ample seating outside which is great for beautiful, sunny days and they routinely have live music while we're there. They also host corn hole leagues if you're interested in signing up. During our most recent 4 day stay in Berlin we stopped at Sinepuxent Brewing twice. We tried multiple beers including Brew Cat Stout, Captain's Lager, Big Juicy Van, and NGL. All the brews we tried were very good (nothing I wouldn't have ordered again) but everyone's favorite was First Mate - lager with lime. Definitely the greatest lime flavored beer I've had. So refreshing and perfect for summer. The beertender was also so nice, and he seemed to have no issue conversing with customers and answering our questions. Never once did I get the sense that we were annoying him. They don't offer 4 or 6 packs (we would have loved to take home some smaller cans of the First Mate) but they do fill crowlers upon request. We are heading back to the area from Jersey in a few weeks and I'm already looking forward to stopping back in.

On a Thursday mid-afternoon we were on our way back to the house from the Indian River Inlet and were in the mood to relax with a beer. Luckily, Bethany Bay Brewing was right on our way home so we took a little detour. The parking lot was pretty empty but to our surprise it was rather crowded. The beertender, Mack, was right there to greet us. She was very nice and helpful, did a great job explaining their tap list, and even gave us recommendations for other local establishments to try out. She also gave us an opportunity to taste any beer before we ordered a pint which is much appreciated! My dad got an IPA while my mom and I got flights (5 pours for $15). I enjoyed all of the beers I tried, especially the Blueberry Blonde and Blood Orange IPA. I would have been happy ordering a full pour of any of the beers I had in my flight (I also had Riptide Double IPA, Dark Seas Chocolate Stout, and Birds Nest Lager). They also provide complementary popcorn to their guests which is a thoughtful gesture. They have seltzers, wines, and ciders available for any non-beer drinkers out there, and I did see a sign signifying discounts for veterans and cyclists! If I lived locally I would definitely be a regular here. Next June I will definitely make it a point to stop in and have another flight of 5 beers I didn't try during this visit. We were very pleased with our short visit and were very happy we made the decision to stop in on our way home.

Some awesome highlights from this visit: The bartender remembered us from last year when we stopped in after a race for a celebratory beer and even remembered our free beer tokens (which we did bring back)! We kept it to just one pour, but bought beer to-go to show support. Just a great group of people who clearly care about the space and the community. This place continues to hit all the right notes -- people, beer, and atmosphere.
