I was advised there was not a female provider that I could see. When I mentioned scheduling elsewhere with a female provider, I was advised that I could no longer see the provider I was scheduled with at this clinic, and would need to pay $200 for canceling my appointment that they made me cancel because I was uncomfortable. The receptionists are very rude and unprofessional. Once you mention going somewhere other than to their clinic, they treat you terrible. I would advise going LITERALLY anywhere else.

Dr. Kavalier was recommended to us by a good friend who had children with autism. Their children,…read morelike my own, had gone undiagnosed or misdiagnosed for years and it was Kavalier who finally identified the underlying issue and treated it appropriately. We understand that he might not be for everyone. He's very direct and in an age of guarded communication, that can be a surprise for some. We, however, especially appreciated the clarity after so many years of uncertain assessments. He provided us with a medication that literally saved our son's childhood.

He literally ruined my life as a teenager and just tried to cover side effects of one pill with another so I wouldn't die. I gained almost 80 lbs in 6 months. I set up the appointment on unity health website and I said it for a location that I'm not familiar with because all the other ones are booked out. The last thing I want to do on my only day off of the week is go to a walk in and sit for ever waiting. The first person that called to confirm our appointment recommended that we reschedule I pretty much got upset and ask them if they were going to see my son or not they told me yes and that they would see us at three then five minutes later another employee calls back and is trying to get us to reschedule somewhere else then they're trying to make me talk to the supervisor to get me to change my appointment because I don't want too. This is the only location that has ever told me that they are not going to see my son when the other ones are booked

Martin Krohn is an absolute waste of time as a psychiatrist. I don't know what type of patient or…read moreissues he's supposed to specialize in, but if you have anything above a hang nail, you'd be better off getting a bag of nickels and going to Lucy Van Pelt (Charlie Brown). This is a professional opinion only. He could be a nice person, but he definitely needs some real world experience in how to help people with mental issues. Dr Gucfa, who is in the same practice, is supposed to be very good. We were referred to him by other medical professionals. But since we saw Krohn first (appointment times for Gucfa were over a month out but Krohn had time available any day {now we know why} we weren't allowed to change. It's difficult enough to ask for mental help. This makes it feel even more hopeless when you go to someone who can't provide help or hope.

I feel like he contributed to saving my life when he picked up on a seemingly routine set of symptoms I was having that turned out to be a life-threatening cardiac issue. Dr. Anderson is intuitive as well as knowledgeable when it comes to diagnosing patient issues and treating them. I consider him and my Cardiologist as friends as well as capable doctors.
