The office staff there is rude, they care more about money than patients. They make you wait forever to see a doctor but charge you $50 if you are more than 10 min late and they won't see nor speak to you till you pay the $, whether you owe it or not. They charge 3 percent for credit cards. They are not affiliated with any hospital system so nothing is on a my chart, they don't give you any paperwork, they don't do reminders for visits, it is NOT patient friendly. What year is this? They should have an online accounting and scheduling system. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

After a 1.5hr wait (because he chooses to schedule many many patients all at the same exact time, medical staff have told me that some doctors do this because they want to make more money. It is not something they have to do, and since his daughter is an ice skater in the Olympics, which costs ALOT of money. I'm assuming he puts 10 patients at one time so he can fund her little side gig. Even though there are tons of patients who are being treated poorly, yet still being charged for these visits. Ice skating is not more important than people's lives and their health. I've never met such a poorly run office in my life. You can tell that everyone is miserable here and they take it all out on the patients who paying the money to keep the office running. The front desk was horrible, they won't help you in any way shape or form, so if you have any questions for the doctor, which you will likely have because he will only spend 2 to 3 minutes with you after waiting 1.5hrs and not explain anything he wants you to do. Then when you need your x-rays. sent to another doctor, they have no ability to do that without having to burn the a desk because their office is so technologically far behind. So you have to pay $10 for a for them to burn the images on it, which is , but Samantha, the woman who is going to help you with that treat you absolutely horribly first. She's interrupt almost every single sentence you begin with and when you ask her to please stop she's gonna become enraged and she's gonna continue to do it over and over and over again. And a 10 minute phone call is going to occur when all she needed to tell you was three sentences which would've taken about 30 seconds. All because she is so angry and so miserable and she's trying to put it patient on the phone. This entire office is just horrific. And I have heard people in other groups online who have had very bad surgeries from Dr. Zingas and had to go to other surgeons to fix his mistakes.

I was scheduled for a later appointment at West Bloomfield but when I called to see if there were any earlier openings they found this one downtown so I took it. I parked (a bit of a challenge) and made my way to the elevators, checked in, went to the waiting area, and then into the exam room after about a 25-30 minute wait. Dr. Muh came in shortly after and we discussed the results of my MRI for my shoulder pain, range of motion, etc. Dr. Muh explained to me what the MRI results showed and then laid out the options, surgical and non-surgical, for me to consider and what was involved with each of them. She was very knowledgeable and I felt she really was interested in presenting the facts and helping me decide what the best choice would be for me. I feel that I was given the right information to help me understand what was going on and make a good decision for going forward. If you are dealing with shoulder pain and need to see a knowledgeable and competent doctor, I think Dr. Muh would be an excellent choice.

Okay, let just start with accessibility. Oddly enough the orthopedic section is not very accessible…read moreat all. First of all the drop-off lane is located farther away from the entrance than the valet service area. Although people who come here are going to see doctors related to traumas that can involve their legs, back, hips and surgical follow-ups there were no wheelchairs available. When I inquired about having one brought out, there were none to be had at the time. We slowly made our way to the registration area, we were asked to sit down, then come up to the desk, then go around and through some doors and down to an additional hallway to another nurse where we checked in again. Following that we were asked to go down to a hallway for x-rays then come back up the same hallway to have the x-ray done, then taken around to a exam room where the resident came in and told us a x-ray was forgotten so we're made to walk again to the x-ray area in back. Again this was a post-surgical appointment and all of this was done without the aid of a wheelchair. Ironically, the doctor told my mother that she had been walking too much!

Even returned my calls in up to 24-hours. I really like this location. Sense of humor front-desk staff, insiders joke!! BUT my fav of all, I'll call him 'Mr. B.' Gave me the fist bump, 'you got this if you put in the work!' Made my 'out-of-body' experiences bearable. Encouraging and down to earth. Don't tell him, I said so... Results and progress have been rewarding. Waaay ahead of schedule...A few tips when calling to get refills, leave a detail message and catch that response timing can be up to 72-hours.
