Andy helped us every second of the way ensuring that we were informed home buyers. He was responsive to all of our questions and highly accommodating with our busy schedules. We had just two months to find, close, and move into a house and Andy helped us find that house. He advocated for us through the process, and without him I don't know if we would be home owner's right now. Thanks so much, Andy! When we move in 4-5 years we will definitely be using Andy to sell our house.

Buying a home, particularly the first time around, can be a daunting, somewhat harrowing…read moreexperience. Luckily for my partner and I, we were in capable hands. Jon Gordon helped my partner connect with the perfect commercial/studio space earlier in the year. So when the time came to jump into the market for a home, we immediately thought of him. Jon mostly handles commercial properties, and is also an associate broker, so we weren't sure if he would take up our cause or pass us along to another agent. We were happy when we heard that he would indeed be our buyer's agent. We knew from the start that we had a good "gut feeling" about Jon -- he seemed to have enough experience in the business to know all the ins, outs, and everyone around town, but he also seemed honest, up-front and on the level, something I haven't always sensed in my interactions with other agents. Throughout the process, we were glad to have Jon representing us and going to bat for us. He was a great listener and plenty personable, but could get tough when the situation called for that approach. And, of course, the situation did at times. We honestly could not have been happier or had a better guide through the process of first-time home ownership. After this positive experience as well as the positive experience with my partner's commercial space, I'd recommend Jon or any agent on his team that he personally recommended in a heartbeat.

He was very flexible with us, i.e. was willing to list our house for more than he thought it would get and was willing to put in an offer on a new house for much less than the asking price. After we closed on both houses, he went out of his way to take care of a small issue we had with our new house. Just to be clear--he had already received his commission, but he still went way out of his way to help us out. At some cost to himself. We would definitely work with him again. He's a really good, decent human being.

All process was done by the book and a day before the closing the buyer walked away. Agreed that it is not Fady's fault. But after suffering this loss of losing prime time of 45 days of keeping house off the market and further expense on keeping the house empty I am having a tough time getting my EMD back from KW. Fady and and his broker have me entangled on a technicality which I cannot do as I am in the middle of filing a law suit against the buyer. It is unfortunate people are out to dupe other people when one followed the process all the way. Be careful when dealing with Fady or his agency. I am left holding the back for now with no resolution as of now.

Chris came recommended to us from a trusted family member, and we decided to use him as an agent…read morefor both selling our home and buying a new one. Chris did not disappoint! Chris' friendly demeanor put us at ease immediately. During our initial meetings he came prepared with a comparative market analysis and gave us recommendations for getting our house ready for a quick sale. After one day of private showings, and one Open House, which Chris came fully prepared for, we had multiple offers. A quick sale it turned out to be (not even 72 hours later) and at top dollar! Chris made selling our home as painless as possible; we truly could not have been more pleased with the outcome! Next came the fun, albeit arduous task, of finding a new home. Chris was extremely patient with us, as we looked at several homes over the course of a few weeks. As we walked through homes, he was able to point out both positive and negative attributes that we may have otherwise missed. At times we had to bring our three young children along and Chris was more than flexible with us! Throughout both the home buying and selling process, Chris was ALWAYS very responsive to our many questions and many requests for showings. In this competitive market, we never waited more than 24 hours to see a house (unless it was out his hands due to seller's requests), and in many cases were able to see them same day. Evenings, weekends he made himself available! To me this is one of Chris' greatest assets--he never once made us feel like we weren't his top priority. I'm sure he is doing a juggling act with numerous clients, but you would never know it. He is professional, approachable, and above all else, reliable! Chris said something in one of our initial meetings that resonated with me--that a family in the moving process is a family in a state of distress. Because let's be honest--moving is not for the weak, and ten fold when you have young children! It is obvious to me that Chris clearly understands how stressful the moving process can be and goes above and beyond to make it as easy and painless on his clients as he possibly can. I would absolutely recommend Chris Bailey!
