All process was done by the book and a day before the closing the buyer walked away. Agreed that it is not Fady's fault. But after suffering this loss of losing prime time of 45 days of keeping house off the market and further expense on keeping the house empty I am having a tough time getting my EMD back from KW. Fady and and his broker have me entangled on a technicality which I cannot do as I am in the middle of filing a law suit against the buyer. It is unfortunate people are out to dupe other people when one followed the process all the way. Be careful when dealing with Fady or his agency. I am left holding the back for now with no resolution as of now.
