I asked Jack about having work done on a scrape on my front bumper that was not related to the accident. I asked him about prices about for a part for the front bumper, and if it was possible for me to bring in the OEM part from the dealership on my own. As soon as I said that, he replied "Do you bring your own cheeseburger to McDonald's?". Instead of calmly answering my questions, he stated yelling at me and was extremely rude and profane. It seems like as soon as you raise any concerns with this shop, they get hostile and start yelling at you. This is absolutely no way to treat customers, no matter the price or the quality of the work. Don't know if I would recommend this shop in the future because god forbid they don't like something you say and they start yelling at you too. UPDATE 6/29: Just received a call saying to pick up my car. The associate on the phone said "We don't do jobs for customers who leave scathing google reviews". This is the most unprofessional, and discriminatory shop I've ever dealt with. DO NOT GO HERE, you will be slave to their questionable business practices and when you begin to ask questions, they verbally harass you and then refuse to work on your car. Instead of listening and caring for their customers, they bully them around and expect a thank you in return. UPDATE #2 6/29: Another bodyshop called Classic to let them know they would be transferring the vehicle tomorrow. The associate on the phone immediately started yelling at the lady from the other bodyshop and told her "I'm gonna leave his car parked in the street with his windows down and the keys in the ignition!". I'm shocked at this point that Classic is frankly still in business and that customers tolerate this kind of treatment from a business owner. Definitely looping in BBB, and also Audi of America to let them know what kind of business they are partnering with.

I had looked up places to have a radio installed and with my laziness I decided to see if I could text the number that came up. This gentleman is responsive and helpful! He fit me in on the weekend, which got me back up and running before the week starts. He fixed my fuse that I blew, removed my old radio and installed the new head unit in 1.25 hours! Extremely quick and knowledgeable. And he did it all for an extremely reasonable price. System that was put in works wonders and looks and sounds great! I ended up taking it to the Wilkie Lexus off of Lancaster ave and they charged me 98 dollars so basically half off. I also called around and checked a few other quotes and Mavis Tires wanted $59 dollars to mount and balance all four and Meineke wanted $98. So they were more than double the 3 other quotes which is ridiculous. If its not worth their time then they should just say look we do not have time but to just overshoot the price is being a RIP off. Wilkie was the only one that could do it ASAP so I went with them.
