They told me that if I switched to a plan that was 130 a month I could get the phone for free and would be eligible for an upgrade every year. Well a year goes by, I go for an upgrade, and suddenly the rules have changed. It's not as simple as me getting an upgrade, there's some program and all these rules, plus I still owe over 300 for a the phone and would have to pay that off. I told her they told me the phone was free because I was upgrading my plan. She said, "Sorry that they told you that."
