I love the friendly staff here but although I've had 2 breast lifts here (less than 1 year apart) by 2 amazing surgeons (Dr. M & Dr. H) who have very credible work. I unfortunately saw my breasts beginning to sag again just a couple months after my second breast lift done here (this means in less than 2 years I'll have needed to lift my breasts 3 times). I've been really busy with school so I haven't been able to make the commute for an appointment to see what's going on but the fact that I need a third lift is so upsetting. I am barely going to be 23 & it just sounds crazy. I really hope they can help me out one final time.... I refer many people here. I've had 5 different friends come in for their lips or breasts. I don't know why I am so unlucky but I just feel way more insecure and uncomfortable about my body than I did prior this not-so-cheap investment which is very unfortunate because prior these surgeries I had no scars under & across my breasts (from the lift) & not to mention the scaring around my areoles. 1 breast has noticeably worse scaring around the areola than the other side & on top of that 1 breast is hanging lower than the other & is noticeably not as profiled as the other. One has fullness on the top of the breast & the other side it dents in on top. Again, I am not here to blame the skillful surgeons but more so spread awareness of unfortunate cases that can arise when getting cosmetic surgery. Devine Image, please help me feel good about myself again. I feel like I poorly invested in myself & made by self esteem WAYYY more worse than it was prior my surgery. Sadly I am not some boujie person that can throw thousands of dollars away. read more

I went to see Vivian, Dr. TJ and Nancy for some fillers. They gave me a nice "Apple" in my cheeks and filled in my lines next to my nose. You get more for your money with Radiesse because it is 1.5 mL vs 1.0 mL of Juvederm Voluma. Even though my husband did not notice right away I am very pleased with the results. I got my lips done by Adele. My top lip was inverted slightly and even more on my right side. She listened to my concerns and knew exactly how to correct it. I love my lips even more now. A friend got me a syringe of juvederm as a gift. Called and made an appt with adela and they gave me someone else. I shouldve spoken up about that but figured the person doing my lips would be just as good. Fast forward two weeks later and i feel like my lips are uneven and i still have undisolved visible bumps in my lips. Super upset. Not worth it. read more

Finally decided to write my review on here for my experience a couple months back. So anyways, I called to see how much they charged and found out they were having a promotion and it ended up being less then the lady I usually go to in Glendale. Also Tustin is a lot closer to my house then Glendale is. So I decided to make an appointment to see if Adela was any good. From the pictures I've seen on yelp she looked like she does a good job. So when I got in I spoke to the receptionist and asked her for her opinion on who to go to to get the best results to get my lips done. She told me she got them done with Adela before but now goes to a lady named Nancy there that she prefers and that's now her new lip lady. She told me they were both good, but for her she prefers Nancy. So I decided to make an appointment with Nancy instead. Once it was my turn to go see her. She sat me down and checked my lips and asked what I wanted. I showed her a picture and she gave me her opinion, I agreed and she went on and did my lips and asked a bunch of questions about my brow lady. Don't get me wrong, Nancy is a very sweet/nice lady. Once she was done she gave me a mirror and I notice right away my lips were uneven. My left bottom lip was noticeably bigger then my lower right lip. I though it was just the swelling so I didn't mind it. I then went home to check some more and saw that my bottom lip was uneven. Not only the outside but the inside of my bottom lip. It only took two months for my juvederm filler to dissolve, not only that my lips stayed uneven. So I finally decided to go back to my lip lady in Glendale today to see if she could fix it. Sure enough she did. And explain to me that I got scar tissue in my lips from Nancy injections that she did on me. I gave two stars because one star for how nice everyone was. But the experience was the worse. I had to walk around with an uneven lip for a couple of months until I had the money to go back to my lip lady in Glendale to fix it, which she did a great job at. But she said I still had scar tissue. But my lips are no longer uneven Thanks to the lady in Glendale. read more

I heard from Divine Image thru one of my friends, She said that she had HEARD, They were great! So i decided to give them a shot. I went to my consultation for liposuction, Am not even kidding, it took about 2 min. The doctor seemed like he was in a rush! He was alil funny at first, But if you were to ask him a question, He didn't really like that. Since the Gecko i should of known this doctor, was no good. After i decided i was going to follow thru with my procedure with Doctor Haddad, Divine Image, would non stop calling me EVERYDAY to collect the $ for my surgery. So one i finally paid my surgery cost (3,500) for upper & lower abdominal. They stopped calling me, finally i got my surgery done, The day of my surgery the doctor made me feel uncomfortable, He was with a lil attitude, when i would ask a question, he would give me attitude. By the way before i got my surgery i weighted 131 Pounds. After my surgery they didn't even call to check up on me, to see how i was feeling. Until i had my check up 2 weeks after. The doctor again was in a rush, it took no more than 5 min. Not only that but the doctor told me to DON'T EAT ANYTHING & TO GET SOME DIET PILLS CALLED PHENTERMINE, That they were appetite suppressant. Instead of him telling me to eat healthy. After my first check up, I didn't bother to go back, I felt like they would take my time away, gas & it was worth less! I had its been 2 months exactly today since i got my surgery. & Am really unhappy... don't like the results so far! I would NOT RECOMMEND Devine Image to a friend or anyone. Really unhappy with their service. I weight the same 131 pounds. They just want your money, after that they don't care about you. read more

I am thinking they have friends/people they know to leave good reviews because it's nothing close to 5 star Ok so we came down and I was suppose to get an estimate for several procedures we were told someone was sedated next room so doctor needed to hurry! The doctor then asked if we could come back the following day which we explained we drove an hour to get there so he then asked for us to return. We did finally return couple hours later and this was a very unprofessional facility #1 doctor stated he could spend more time if he knew we were coming? Which I had made the appointment weeks prior to is coming. #2 ran out of Botox the doctor said he would have made sure he had plenty had he known my daughter in law wanted Botox which when scheduling I told them she would be wanting #3 was told they would be calling with procedure quotes we received no response back on procedure quotes seems really odd and very unprofessional as well as I was told they would have to coordinate for the CO2 laser to be done by getting the machine there? In august this year i began searching for plastic surgeons to get Brest augmentation done. Before i found this place i had gone to several consultations. A lot of places did not take me serious because i look young and they looked at me like what are u doing here u can't afford it. Which i already had a big chunk saved up. They were just so rude and didn't even give u me a chance to think about it too. They would immediately say so when do u want to get it done and if u said no it was like they would get offended like oh thanx for wasting our time. I couldn't get care credit cause off other medical expenses so i really had to find a place that had in house financing. I thought i would never find a place with in house financing. But i found this place. Part of my process of choosing a place i really wanted to see before and afters of the surgeons and the places i was a little thrown off that on devines website there was no before and afters so i was kinda iffy on that. When i had consultations at other places they never asked me what my desired size i wanted to be and what size i would have to go get to get my desired result. They basically told me to play with the sizers which is good but never gave me their opinion.I told Dr. Mitchell i wanted to be a full d and he told me i should probably go with 500cc but my first time i liked how 400Cc to 420Cc but i said wth bigger is better so i went with 450cc silicone. I should of listened to him and gone with 500cc but it doesn't matter I'm getting them bigger in a year lol With the financing was such an easy process and they were so patient with me and answered all of my questions and i was basically calling them regularly because i had a lot of questions they never sounded irritated. On the day of surgery i was late but they still took me in anyways. And i wasn't very nervous. after surgery i woke up i felt fine and very alert i was so hungry and had so much energy must of been the meds lol i had a very fast recovery and no infection I've talked to many women (that had gone elsewhere ) and most of them had gotten an infection that was one of the things i was worried about. I think the 2nd day of the recovery was the most painful. And i didn't need to take all of the pain medication. I love my results and I'm glad i came here not only because they have reasonable prices but because they have in house financing and are very friendly and the girls aren't embarrassed to answer any of the questions if the doctor is not there. They treat u like a friend. And want you to look ur best. I'm looking forward to getting more work done here. read more

The best lip fillers I've ever gotten thanks to Adela. Upon entering the office, I was immediately greeted by A gentleman at the front desk. He was very nice and made me feel very comfortable. I was seen in a timely manner on a Saturday and they were pretty busy. The staff was all so so sweet. I met Adela and she was able to quickly determine how she was going to proceed with the application of the filler. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time and had me take a look trough out the process to make sure I was liking the results. They turned out perfect !!!! A little bruising but I anticipated that and I always swell a lot. When she finished they gave me an ice pack and the gentleman at the front desk even gave me some arnica to start taking. Dr Tsay and Nancy are the best. They do not try to upsell you on useless products and give you excellent advice on skin care and even life in general. Everyone should get their chemical peel at least once every 2-3 months because it brightens your skin and gets rid of your dead skin layer. PRP was the best gift my best friend & I gave ourselves on our birthdays. During the free consultation, Dr Tsay was detailed in examining my problem areas & is very honest & won't have you do a procedure that's not necessary. Dr Tsay & nurse Nancy put my girl friend & I side by side in a private room like we're having a spa day. It was such a treat! They made us feel calm & relaxed with warm fluffy blankets & chatted with us throughout the process. The roller needling after was great to wake up the entire face. My face was tight after the treatment like I took a nice long nap. Minimal bruising surfaced after a couple of days, but nothing make up couldn't cover. Went to a Christmas party the next day after treatment & everyone just commented that I looked rested. My skin is supple, fuller, lines reduced with a youthful glow. I highly recommend PRP here. I have recently gone in to get some work done on my stomach area due to the aftermath of having two kids. For 3 years I have worked my butt off to get healthy and get fit but nothing was making my pouch go away.
