His price was very reasonable so we went with him, but since installation two weeks ago the softener has had FOUR separate leaks within days of each other. The first two times Duke came out to correct the issues, the third time we called him once again to let him know we'd be contacting another company but Duke never responded anyway. I understand one accident happening, but four leaks is absolutely unacceptable. We've had to pay another company twice now to fix what Duke did; please God let this be the last leak.

Where I was so used to feeling itchy and dried-out beforehand, I feel so pampered now bathing in such clean, high quality water and I hope that everyone else can experience this upgrade in their lifetime, as well!
