The class is structured into a 10-ish min warm up routine followed by three sets of 10 circuits, each timed to 1 minute with a 30 second break in between. The circuits include anything from strength training with free weights to TRX, jump ropes, med ball slams,... I had a blast - and loved that they have a regular community here. I've never seen machines this dirty at any gym I've ever gone to. Too many germs!

That's where Coach Josiah made all the difference. From the very beginning, he took the time to get to know me on a personal level before ever introducing his program. That stood out immediately. Our communication was consistent and meaningful, and that accountability was exactly what I needed. I was able to be open about injuries and limitations, and instead of letting those hold me back, he guided me through them with a plan that kept me progressing safely and effectively. Because of Josiah's coaching, I am now at the lowest weight I've been since I was a young teenager. More importantly, I feel stronger, more confident, and more informed about how to maintain and continue improving my fitness. The Zumba instructor was energetic, positive and friendly. She pushed us to do our best, and kept encouraging us. You get your first group class free otherwise they are $10 each. You can purchase packages as well. When I checked in on Yelp today, the check in offer is 2 punches on your punch card. I will make this my every Saturday Zumba workout spot!

There are numerous hand sanitizing dispensers which are always empty. The attached Pics tell the story. Some machines are so neglected ( Dirt and Lubrication) they hardly operate properly. I hope ownership finally acts with the necessary steps to improve this facility, showing respect for its members, as there are so many good aspects of this gym that are currently being outweighed by the bad ones.

I went with some friends for an intro to Bungee class and it was really well done and a lot of fun!…read more The instructor was friendly and clearly had a well thought out plan to teach us the different methods. And wow it was a good workout - and a lot of laughs!! I personally don't love jumping around a ton but several of my friends plan to go again, and we'll definitely be checking out the aerial silks classes. I think that is more my speed!

Instructors were nice though our class instructor could've given a little more specific instruction. Like she taught us the moves well but didn't give us clear indicators of when exactly we were starting our little routine each time or from what portion of the routine we were starting at. But everyone seemed to be able to catch on! I think the harness probably just takes some getting used to, it was very uncomfortable. I am still definitely glad I checked it out though!
