All sessions felt like a waste of time and my child and myself gained nothing from it. It was disheartening and I wish I had pulled him out sooner to go where we are at now. Almost a year went by and absolutely no progress. The therapists were always late at the start time and early to get us out. The turnover of staff is shocking; we've changed therapists numerous times so essentially we had to start all over again with each new, inexperienced person. The worst though is definitely the billing, it's absolute mayhem. I am currently still dealing with incompetent employees at this place and it has actually gotten worse. I highly, highly recommend looking elsewhere.

My sons have been seen by Kristi and Jenni for OT and Julia and Nikki for PT. The attention they give to the kids and the individualization of the programming is phenomenal! They won't give you treatment plan before ensuring they get a payment commitment and claim they have later hours prior to the evaluation and then they don't because they are not staffed properly. Only have one Therapist. Very unprofessional. They just want you to commit to them blindly.

This Comprehensive Health Care Medical Mall offers 28 speciality practices ranging from: Family Practices Oncology, Dental, Pediatrics, Podiatry, Neurology, Pulmonary, Orthopedics, Skin -Dermatology, Hair Restoration, Allergy & Asthma, Cardiology, Foot & Ankle, Plus Team Rehabilitation, All Under One Roof! The staff and doctors of SMMM are extremely committed to providing comprehensive health care in a welcoming and relaxing office setting. I am a patient in a family practice of Dr. Kristen Kavanaugh, Orthopedic for my knees with Dr. Bookout, Feet with Dr. Anthony Giordano and Skin & Dermatology with Dr. Andrea Rosik. I am very pleased and satisfied with these four Medical Doctors.
