I notified the front desk that since I would not be present at his appointment that I'd like to speak to the new physical therapist to get to know her and ask how the session went. I never received a phone call. After speaking to the therapist, my response was "Well, we don't give out patient information." I reminded her that I'm the patient's parent and he's 5 months old. Speaking to the office manager led to me being told that we missed three appointments (we missed two) and that we would no longer be able to come back. Not happy.

There is laughter and Apple Music in the background - a mature, youthful vibe. I enjoyed a shared experience with Carter Reid, Doctor of Physical Therapy, at this location. Carter is handsome, intelligent, and confident in his craft of physical therapy. In each session with Carter, he would introduce a specific exercise. I followed his lead. Carter was attentive to my rhythm and physical responses to each movement. On more than one occasion, Carter would say, 'breathe, don't hold your breath.' We would share a laugh. On my scheduled days, I paid $ each time 75.00. There were days that their system for payment was down. When I would return for my session, I paid. Five times this happened, I received a bill with 7 dates. Those seven dates total according to their records 600.00. I've explained that on one date I paid 150.00 another 225.00 and another 150.00. I was just told that they have no records, yet I received a text stating that they expect payment to resolve the matter. I explain once again, and again, no one is listening. Looks like I'm going to have to take legal action cause speaking facts at this point does matter.
