He gave me so many tips that were helpful to me in my daily physical struggles, and he gave great massages too! The equipment and facility was beyond my expectations. Unisource was the facility where Dr. G did my surgery and it was great. Dr. Guettler was such an amazing Orthopedic Surgeon. He walked me through the process and was very good with explaining what I needed and what to expect with my recovery. He also was great when it came to my post care follow up. I notified the front desk that since I would not be present at his appointment that I'd like to speak to the new physical therapist to get to know her and ask how the session went. I never received a phone call. After speaking to the therapist, my response was "Well, we don't give out patient information." I reminded her that I'm the patient's parent and he's 5 months old. Speaking to the office manager led to me being told that we missed three appointments (we missed two) and that we would no longer be able to come back. Not happy.

I have been to several physical therapy clinics to improve my back, which was injured in a car accident. Many of the places I attended weren't even close to providing the same experience. None were anywhere near as gorgeous on the inside. Also, many of the other clinics were run like convenience stores. They made me feel like they just wanted to get me in and out. And most importantly, the therapy I received was sub par. I have been a personal trainer for 13 years, so I do rehabilitative exercises with my clients all the time and am very familiar with proper form. I noticed that some of the other therapists were not familiar with proper form and didn't know how to properly execute the exercises they were coaching me on. I once even performed an exercise improperly on purpose, just to see if the therapist would correct me, and she did not. She even commended me on my "form". This was a red flag for me and caused me to vow not to continue receiving treatment. After a while, the pain in my back returned, and I was forced to reconsider. Thankfully, I was referred to JC Physical Therapy. Upon my first visit, I was very impressed... but still skeptical. However, JC continues to consistently provide an amazing experience. Every time I leave, I am happier than when I walked in. Also, my back pain has dramatically decreased. I feel great. I have already sent 4 others to JC and they are all as pleased as I am. I am very glad I found JC Physical Therapy, because they changed my mind about physical therapy altogether. #FaithInTherapyRestored
