I had an amazing experience with Deva Physical Therapy! Last summer, I dislocated my left knee cap. It was my forth knee injury. I reached out to Ambika and she was very concerned about my injury and how to heal. Naturally she expected me to ice it as much as possible, rest it, elevate it, etc. Ambika knows that I was not the type of patient that would be regular with PT. To help me, she filmed a 1 minute video demonstrating the exercises I should start with. She texted the video to me and would check in to see if I was doing them. Who does that? I met Ambika when I was sent to a physical therapy facility where she worked for work on my back. A chance encounter on the street led to my using her in both 2012 and 2013.
