Employees are stuck in the processes instead of solving problems…read more Their own technician was on vacation and the only way to begin a repair case on the day of the appointment was to hand over the device for 3-4 weeks for it to be repaired in Hamburg. Who exactly would give away a device for a month? Why cant a case be opened and the device brought in when the technician is back from vacation?

Plus he is so friendly. My German is not good so he was happy to speak "Denglish" with me.. Schon der Fehler noch im Laden: Akku nicht erkannt, hätte mich vorwarnen müssen. Bereits nach etwa vier Wochen schaltete sich das Telefon während der Autofahrt (Navigation) aufgrund thermischer Überlastung selbst aus. Die Entfernung nach Steglitz machte eine zeitnahe Reklamation schwierig. Es kommt noch dicker: Am 25.01.2026 blähte der Akku stark auf und das Display war ziemlich gebogen. Da ich nun gar kein Vertrauen mehr in diesen iRepairshop hatte und ich mit der Datensicherung schon mehrere Stunden vergeblich beschäftigt war, wandte ich mich in meiner Verzweiflung an einen anderen Berliner Handyshop, der den Akku unkompliziert und schnell austauschte. Dieser Shop bestätigte, dass mir zuvor ein deutlich minderwertiger Akku (vergleichsweise mit sehr schlechter Lade-Hysterese-kurve) zum hohen Preis von 89,- € eingebaut wurde, der sich nur mit größerer Gewalt aus dem Gerät entfernen ließ.
