6:30 Internet Out.
Spent 35 minutes on the phone. Made an appointment for technical to come on Friday 8-12 to check line. Received confirmation.
Internet came back on around 7:30 pm.
Friday, August 30 (Waited 5.5 hours at home, on phone for 1.5 hours, total of 7 calls).
We waited from 8-12. No technical person arrived. We had to leave at 13:30 to pick up children at school and for a doctor's appointment. According to T-Mobile, someone arrived at 14:00.
We arrived home again at 17:00. The internet was out.
I called the technical hotline to try to explain the situation. The customer service rep told me "to learn German" and hung up on me.
I called the English speaking customer service line and explained the situation. He said that he would call the technical line and make an appointment for me with the technician.
He came on the line and said that a technician would arrive between 10-2 on Saturday, September 1. I received a SMS confirmation.
Saturday, September 1, 2018 (Waited for 6 hours for tech, phone for 1 hour).
10-14:00 No technician arrived. We called again at 15:00.
Customer service representative could not provide a reason that the technician had not come. He asked if we wanted to schedule something for Monday. We replied no and that we cannot continue to wait for technicians who do not arrive. Despite this, after the call, I received an SMS confirming an appointment for Monday between 12-15:00.
Sunday, September 2.
Called customer service to change appointment to the evening. Representative said that he could not change the appointment and the best that he could do would be Friday, September 7. My husband got on the phone and demanded an appointment for September 3. The rep said that he would call back in the morning.
