At first when I handed in my PC they seemed really competent and I thought I'll get a great…read moreservice. According to the employee it needed a clean before they would start the testing. After I agreed they told me they had to order some parts and that I would have to pay for them no matter if they would solve the problem or not. I decided against it and picked up my PC. When I picked it up the result was the PC was half cleaned, all the parts where disconnected, the hard drive and all the other parts couldn't be tested because the pc didn't turn on anymore and I still had to pay over a 100€ for the clean up and the test (with zero result). Back home I checked the hard drive myself with an adapter within 5 minutes. Result I'm taking it to another place to get it tested. Only good thing was that consulted me first before doing anything on the Pc that caused extra costs. Second part of the one star is for the convenient opening hours.
