Great place to go for a drag brunch…read more I've stopped in here for a snack or a drink or two before, but this is the first time I went for a drag brunch. The tickets were cheaper than most places around, the comedy by the host is better, and the dancers were excellent. The drag show area is excellently done with professional lighting, full sound system, and dedicated bar. I can't comment on the food after this visit. I just got the ultimate Bloody Mary, which came with a mini-donut, chicken wings, bacon, celery, and more so it was basically a meal on its own! It was great, well mixed toppings were delicious, and it came with a chaser (the champagne of beers) All in all a great place to come to for a few drinks or a drag brunch!

I'll start with the pros: the decor is fantastic, they host awesome drag and burlesque shows, and…read morethey have a cute patio. If you are meeting a large group for casual drinks, this is a great place. However, we went for brunch (wanting food) and were very disappointed. We wandered in, sat down and then waited. There was no indication that you order everything at the bar. I had to go up and ask to get this info and menus. Our cocktails were fine, but my tater tot egg dish had 3 tatter tots and I was still hungry after. The sausage patties were literally inedible- you could not cut them with your fork. The breakfast burrito came out well, so that item seems safe. I ordered mozzarella sticks after (because I was still hungry), and they were ok, but had a very heavy breading shell. Overall, great ambiance, but I can not recommend going for food.

Each room has its own bar and the vibe is completely different from the last room. They have karaoke and drag shows going on at the second floor, SO FUN. Bring cash if you want to tip the dancers! The bartenders are quick and easy, and drinks have a good pour. I didn't feel skimped out at all. I'd definitely come back again!

A lot of straight Women come here to feel safer than most other clubs/bars, but that also does bring in the straight men who want to take advantage or pick up queer Women hoping they'll have a threesome with another Woman, instead of respecting boundaries and human beings. A diverse crowd of sexualities is available here Security has been doing better recently about safety. They have 3-4 security guards constantly walking the premises. There are 3 different music dance rooms with different genres. Typically it's a white music room (Katy Perry and Black eyed peas, Justin Timberlake), Black music room (T pain, Jay Z, Megan Thee Stallion, and a mixed room (Rhianna, Pitbull, Shakira, Bad Bunny, Lady Gaga, Cardi B) . As well as a pool/arcade area and the drag room with the stage. The music could be updated to not play republican or abusive artists like Kanye and Nicki Minaj They do not tolerate underage drinking at all, so don't even try it here. If you under age drink at home and come drunk, you will not get in. They have different nights for different events, but you can always find fun no matter the night. The drag is my favorite part, there is a diverse cast with rotating talent, they do have a regular set base cast as well. Mercedes is the GOAT. she's incredible. The gay 90s sets out to create a truly inclusive space for everybody, despite race, gender, disability or sexuality. Straight men looking to take advantage, often visit here so just keep an eye out for them. You'll notice they travel alone or in packs of two they also keep to the edges sometimes. Keep an eye out for each other ladies and thems. People do get drugged here occasionally, but over all not as much as other places. The bathrooms are surprisingly not gross, there is good privacy and 3 different locations.

We had him learn and lead a Lutheran hymn, a Beatles song that featured random guests joining in on kazoo, and a John Legend song with my step-sister singing. Not easy requests. He nailed all 3 and it was just magic. The most impressive part was that he worked out the John Legend song with my stepsister who lives a state away completely independently and over the phone. He made her feel at ease and confident, changing keys and chordings to make her voice feel most comfortable. He memorized all the music and played it beautifully. Great communicator, very professional. I am a lifelong musician and needed the music to be perfect for my wedding day and am so happy we went with Victor. Highly recommend.

That means having music you like, played in a way that fits exactly how you walk down the aisle. Looking for a unique and personal collection of music for your wedding ceremony? Are there songs that perfectly define a favorite part of your relationship? I have perfect pitch, which means I can hear the notes in any song and learn it with 100% accuracy. That way I can change the feel of the song to match the ceremony, on the fly. With a real musician, unlike an mp3, when someone in the procession takes an extra minute to walk down the aisle, you don't have to worry about the music ending too soon or being off - you can guarantee your entrance will be breathtaking! You can have everything from Pachelbel's Canon in D to the Beatles, to Wilco, to Norah Jones, Jeff Buckley, to Bon Iver, or music for films like Amelie (Yann Tiersen), and I would love to have the honor of playing at your awesome wedding. We ignored this. After set up, he finally started playing and singing music. I told John up front we had lots of song requests and people that would want to sing. Nick did not have or know a lot of them. It was my party so I was singing and having a good time. People farthest from the set up could not hear anyone singing besides Nick and his guitar. He took many breaks and was served drinks. We were all a bit befuddled by the whole thing. Not professional. Was asked if his Dad could do magic at the party, I declined this but after he got here he still asked again and then asked about doing balloon animals for the kids. Out of kindness I said okay but was not going to pay him. JUST very awkward. I am very disappointed in the company along with the amount of CASH I paid up front. I would be very leery of hiring this outfit. And lastly, like my husband said, we had tons of people here wanting to have a fun time, but guests were upset and sad over the set up. Pretty hard to upset a crowd just wanting to have fun.

I hope that by adding this review I might help at least a little to spread the word and attract an even wider audience to their performances. I've been enjoying their concerts since their first year (1999). They've moved around until finally settling on Hopkins High School as their venue of choice. I ask that you not roll your eyes and think of your old high school gym with the bleachers extended for a band recital. This is a very good concert hall with excellent accoustics, comfortable seating and clear sight lines. Guest artists over the years have included, among others: Gordon Goodwin, Arturo Sandoval, David Weckl, Phil Woods, Paquito D'Rivera, The New York Voices, Peter Erskine, Wayne Bergeron, Joey DeFrancesco, Bob Mintzer, Slide Hampton, Randy Brecker, Eric Marienthal, James Moody, John Clayton, Ernie Watts, Fred Sturm, Bobby Shew and Terell Stafford. They often feature local and regional artists as well. Do yourself a favor and check out this stellar ensemble. Then, once they've blown you away with their sound tell others. I want to see this group not just survive but thrive for years to come. Tip, the Lone Spur Restaurant just down the road stays open late for an after show dinner.
