Worked with The Wild Thyme Co for my 10/18 180 person wedding at the Darlington House! Through…read morethem, we booked our rentals with Event Party Rentals with whom they partner. We worked with Rachel and Jordan and booked about 1.5 years in advance. They were communicative and very flexible with my multitude of changes throughout the year and a half working with them. I was even able to add a cake tasting and cake later on and change certain rentals very close to wedding date. They were patient and accommodating and willing to make just about anything work! My guests were incredibly happy with the food and the service, and my husband and I absolutely loved the waiter assigned to us on wedding day! The only thing that went wrong was half of our string lights (required by DH) went out for the entirety of the seated meal due to an installation error. I'm not docking any points from rating as this was a genuine mistake and WTC reached out to their EPR contact right away to have them return to site and get it fixed. It did take about an hour+ to resolve but WTC was very apologetic and even provided a a partial refund for the lighting. One thing we were bummed about was that cake service occurred during the main dance floor time and if cake wasn't accepted from the server, it was a missed opportunity. According to my guests, about 90% of people didn't get cake as it wasn't left on tables and most people were on the dance floor. 2.5/3 sheets cakes remained at the end of the night. One big win was TWC was so organized and accommodating for the many dietary restrictions/allergies we threw at them and served our guests appropriately. We received no complaints and guests and family said it was handled seamlessly! All in all, my husband and I were so pleased with our decision to work with WTC and will forever cherish the role they played in making our day amazing!

I regret the day I came across The Posh Knot in a wedding magazine. I should have done my research…read more However being a distinguished magazine I assumed only the most reputable vendors would be presented. Lesson learned! Never underestimate the difference a little research can make. That being said we will forever remember the price we paid for their 2 weeks of service. Their lack of professional behavior and substandard organization ultimately resulted in our decision to terminate our contract. At the time we were reassured that a refund would be received within 60 days of our written request. To date we have yet to receive a refund and only succeeded in a response via email after it was pointed out that they had passed the 60 day mark. They claim to pride themselves on their commitment to service members and yet what should have been a celebration has turned into a living nightmare. We are now less than a month away from our celebration and find ourselves in the midst of an unnecessary and costly experience. The Posh Knot is nothing more than a team of unprofessional, unorganized, con artist who disguise themselves as "wedding coordinators". One star for a 15% military discount.
