It was pretty cool to walk around and see the displays with vintage perfume bottles and vessels. At the end of the tour (which was free) you get dumped into a gift shop (go figure). The signature shown on the delivery document is not my signature and is completely unknown to me. I provided Nose with a copy of my ID showing my actual signature and also submitted a sworn statement (affidavit) confirming that I did not receive or sign for the parcel. In addition, I was at work at the alleged time of delivery. What I find particularly disappointing is that these important points have not been properly addressed. Instead, I was simply informed that the parcel was confirmed as delivered and that I should contact my bank if I wished to contest the decision. I expected Nose to take the situation seriously, investigate the unknown signature and properly consider the evidence I provided. Unfortunately, I have not received a satisfactory response addressing these specific issues. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Nose. The way this delivery dispute has been handled has been extremely frustrating and has left me feeling that my evidence and concerns have not been taken seriously.

You won't find any common perfumes found in department stores, but that's the beauty of this place. The employees are very knowledgeable and very kind and thankfully will leave you alone to discover perfumes on your own unless you need some help. I will definitely be back to purchase perfumes in the future and look forward to new additions. Some of the houses I was so happy to see were Olfactive Studio, Tauer Perfumes, Xerjoff, Roja Dove, Profumum Roma, Nassomatto, and The Vagabond Prince. You don't see those in stores everyday!

And so affordable! It definitely turned out to be my favorite souvenir on my trip to France, and I wish I had bought more! The store workers were nice and spoke both French and English. The person who "manned" the shop while I was there was super knowledgeable and hip. I ended up buying a perfume that smelled of ink, old books, leather, and smoke. Makes me think of a hard core intellectual's office at a university in the 19th century. Perfect match for me and, as a bonus, I doubt anyone will have the same perfume as me. Yay!
