The paint felt so smooth, my seats looked clean, the inside smelt new, and everything was vacuumed thoroughly. My car hasn't looked this clean in over a decade. I felt it was money very well worth spent. I have no emotional attachment to my car at all, but getting it detailed like this makes it so much more enjoyable to drive now. Maria and Daniel truly have breathed new life into my car. I would highly recommend their detailing services to anyone.

They initially said they could repair it with PDR, but the next day they told me it would require bodywork costing around $1,300 because them fixing it would damage the paint. I decided to try one last time and found Juan at Dent Dogs. They responded quickly, and Juan was professional, honest, hardworking, and clearly very experienced. After everything the other shops had told me, I honestly did not think the dent could be repaired, but the result came out way better than I expected. Juan saved me from spending over $1,300 on bodywork and charged a very reasonable price. I highly recommend him and will definitely come back if I ever need PDR work again.

Communication was good after completion; they texted me that my vehicle was ready, which I appreciated. However, the communication could have been better at the start. I called and stopped by the day before to get a quote and go over the details of what I needed. As it turned out, the person I spoke to hadn't entered my appointment into the system, let alone any notes about my preferences. But the Midtown folks honored it anyway. My vintage vehicle was a disaster when I left it at Midtown, but they worked hard to clean it and make it look much better. The price I was given at checkout was about $60 higher than what I was quoted that morning. But considering what a challenge my vehicle presented, I opted not to challenge it. I would recommend Midtown for detailing work.
