It hasn't been detailed since we bought it in 2021, and after a long road trip through New Mexico and Arizona a couple summers ago (the last time I washed it), it definitely needed attention. Kyle arrived around 10 a.m. the day after Thanksgiving, and after I handed him the keys, we had a friendly chat about cars and trucks. They do a good job for the money of detailing interior wise but ARE NOT pros. Don't expect high levels of detail here, they seem to use the same product on everything from dash to seat. There not rotating a leather cleaner to dash cleaner so everything ends up clean but not necessarily correct. For the money they ask you can't argue with the service, you'll need to point out specific things you want attention to. DIY Bays: the DIY bays are great and have never eaten my cash and again for the value offer a great selection of products. Overall this is a 3/5 star place. All he did was try to convince me that my wiper was broken before I got my car wash. He was extremely rude, arrogant and had no intention of helping me instead trying to prove it was broken before I washed my car. Actually, the employee broke it right before I washed it. I was so upset. I could not continue to argue with the manager. He was condescending and did a poor job at trying to address the issue. I canceled my membership. I will never go back to this car wash. The new system is a liability. As Josh stated it began two weeks ago. No one should touch your car unless you give them permission. Even the touch-up spots came out clean, and he let me know what they could and couldn't safely correct on the hood. Super honest, no BS.
