The sound is great though. The pricey seats actually give more seat, have more space. The entire building is beauty, grand, and old looking in a good way. It's easy it enter and get a playbill. Important note, they don't play about their show times. They start at the exact time and if you are not there, you have to wait outside of the theater for 7-9 minutes which is about two songs. Parking is free!!! I will continue to come here for shows!

Kept us both laughing the entire time. Upon leaving, expected extreme wait time but a surprise again on how easy to walk to the car (yes, shuttle available ) and get right out - no wait time as everyone was courteous and moved smoothly out of the parking area. Drinks - food served prior to show starting; also a lunch area provides a buffet we'll be checking out soon. Looking forward to a great season.

When you arrive you'll want to allow time to get through security/ticketing. Walking in you'll feel like you've been transported in time to an old Hollywood-style regal and lavish theatre. We sat on the upper level for this concert. Luckily the seats were pretty open on our row but may be a bit tight if you are sitting next to someone. This theatre is iconic and definitely worth stopping by for a show at least once.
