The staff is great from the front office to the kitchen staff and all the teachers. My granddaughter had fallen behind in school due to some changes in her life. Mr. Arthur and all the school age teachers has been wonderful and patient with helping her. And today they had a wonderful back to school bash that was so much for all families. Our family is so grateful for the whole staff. The Baskerville Family

Me and my husband are first time parent so we were very nervous. We absolutely love the staff in Rooms 100 and 150, as well as all of the wonderful front desk staff. Everyone has always been so kind, caring, and welcoming to our family. We are so sad that we are moving and have to leave, but this school will always hold such a special place in our hearts. I especially love the Watch Me Grow cameras and the updates throughout the day it always gave me peace of mind knowing I could check in on her and see how she was doing. It's clear that the teachers and staff genuinely care about my daughter, and that means so much to us. I'm so grateful we chose this school as her first daycare and will always look back on our time here with so much appreciation. We highly recommend this school to any family looking for a loving, nurturing, and trustworthy place for their child! Special shoutout to Miss Arlet & Ms Erika! The Luces

We pulled our…read moredaughter from another daycare and brought her here because we liked their programming and more experienced teachers/staff; and truthfully because they pray over meals and I really wanted to have her have that experiences outside of our home. The other school "seemed" more modern & had fancy video system (which was good when our daughter was little and couldn't verbally tell us about her day), but truly what i learned was a video doesn't stop a mean/scary teacher in action and you cant rewind. However, the children spot provides lots of picture it didn't have a camera to watch the children at home-- but you're welcomed to come & watch from their office if you ever want to come in (which i never needed to because the disposition of my child was better now) . My child is MUCH happier here & learning more here at the children spot. She does hands on activities, tracing & projects (besides coloring all day long as she seemingly did in the other school). She's in love with her teacher "Ms. Missy" and all the staff. I also love the various discounts they offer for military and educators. I highly recommend this place for any parent due to our amazing experience.

They call for pickup for minor infractions and you can tell that they are doing everything they can to push my kid out of the school bc they don't like him. They paint him out to be a terrible person even tho he's just 3. They do not properly staff the location so teachers are overwhelmed. They don't care about ur kids just ur money so don't give them any of it. Worst experience ever and I'm shocked these people r actually running a daycare. It's a transactional experience.

Following the change in ownership from the original proprietor, it is evident that the condition of this establishment has taken a downturn under the leadership of Tiffany Reason. During the time when Melissa held ownership and managed the place with integrity and empathy, our experiences were positive and commendable. Unfortunately, the transition to new ownership, with Tiffany Reason assuming the role of director, has resulted in a notable decline in the overall quality of the establishment. The recruitment of teaching staff has been a particularly disappointing aspect. It is clear that the current staff lacks the necessary qualifications for their positions. Recollections of our child's initial days at the facility stand out, as it appeared that the staff expected our 18-month-old to comply with instructions beyond his developmental stage. One distressing incident involved a teacher using forceful tactics to confine our child to a chair. This unsettling experience was repeated on a daily basis during our time there. Regrettably, both Tiffany and Kelly are lacking in the essential attributes required to effectively manage a childcare enterprise. This is evident from their conduct, including the unauthorized use of personal belongings for their personal gain, without seeking prior consent. Despite their assurances to reimburse us for the damages incurred, we have yet to receive any compensation. Our tenure at this establishment was short-lived, spanning only 4-5 weeks, during which the decision to depart from this environment proved to be a wise one. We have been fortunate to find an alternative school where our son is thriving under the guidance of dedicated educators. Since our departure, we have been approached by numerous friends seeking recommendations for childcare options. Regrettably, we have been compelled to share our unfavorable experience and advise them to steer clear of this establishment. Our child's well-being is of paramount importance, and it is our sincere hope that others can learn from our unfortunate encounter. It brings us immense satisfaction to report that our son is excelling in his new school, and we hold his teachers in high regard. In light of our journey, we strongly advise parents who prioritize their child's welfare to carefully consider alternatives and exercise caution when contemplating enrollment at this establishment. I personally would give them negative stars but unfortunately google does not allow us to do so.

Part…read moreof that is my family is about 45 minutes from me, and the other is I never want to be away from her. I'm extremely hands on with her and I don't mind that at all. I heard about Kids Park from Moms in a group I'm in on Facebook, and Heather offered the group a waived registration fee so I finally took my daughter. My husband and I walked in and immediately I knew she'd be fine. There were TONS of toys for her to play with, a play area with a slide (I knew they'd never get her off of that lol), and more. They put her name on her back before I even finished the paperwork and let her in. Right away, they took all the pre-schoolers into a room to dance to The Wiggles and I will admit, I had tears in my eyes knowing my baby was getting bigger. While they had the preschoolers dancing, they had the older kids doing other things but they were careful that my daughter was never hurt or bothered by them. They didn't even start the clock until I handed the paperwork back. My daughter was never left alone (far as I saw) and we walked out. We stayed in the shopping area the entire hour, mostly because we had nothing else to do lol. When we came back, they were carrying her out of the snack area and they said she just wasn't eating so they were bringing her back out to play. Once they handed her to us we smelled that she needed her diaper changed. I asked if I could step back and do it and instead they took care of her for me! I was a little confused as to why they didn't change her (You could definitely smell that she needed it) but I figured if it just happened how would they have known? Everyone was so nice and understanding, saying they were used to seeing Moms as emotional as me and it was "harder on the Moms than the kids to say goodbye". I'll be bringing her back soon, and I think it'll be great for her. I am not putting her in the preschool program though simply because what they're going over, shes already too advanced for it.

I can run errands or go to appointments without stressing about finding a sitter. The staff is honestly the best part. Every single person there is so sweet, kind, and genuinely caring. When my daughter has a hard time at drop-off, they always greet her with a big smile and know exactly how to help her calm down and feel safe. I never worry when she's there because I know she's in loving hands. They also do so many fun activities with the kids, arts and crafts, games, story time, and even themed projects. My daughter comes home excited to show me what she made. She always has paint or glitter somewhere on her, which honestly just proves how hands-on and creative the center is. The place is always clean, organized, and bright, and you can tell they put real effort into making it a fun, safe space for the kids. She leaves happy every single time. If you're looking for flexible, affordable, trustworthy childcare, I can't recommend KidsPark enough. We're so grateful for them!
