The court yard is clean and chill. The amenities such as the spa and tool were all present and in working conditions. The room was clean. Beds were comfy. No issue at all. The servers wasn't that great either. A lil confused on Whan you asked them things but Owell. Overall, the party scene here is 4/5 because the room was perfect and nice. I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus Commerce Hotel in California and had a mixed experience…read more The staff were polite, but the room itself had several issues that affected my stay. The bathroom exhaust fan was barely working, which made the bathroom feel humid. The room felt very congested with two queen beds and furniture packed tightly, leaving little space to move around. The bathroom sink wasn't draining properly, and when maintenance came, they had to remove the entire top piece to get it to drain. It worked afterward, but it looked unfinished and not what you expect in a hotel room. I mentioned these concerns to the front desk and asked if they could offer any kind of service recovery or a small discount, but they didn't provide anything. Overall, the hotel was clean and the staff were courteous, but the room conditions and lack of customer service response kept this visit from being better. Three stars.

The walls are grimey, gym had about 4 machines that were old and the gym itself was out of service, they had wha appeared to be abandoned cars in the parking lot, some areas of the parking lot (like near my room) were dark. No lights and with people hanging out in their car made me feel like someone would break into my car as soon as I went to my room. The hotel was clearly missing a sign which made it look unprofessional. As soon as I stepped into my room I felt like I would get infested with bed bugs, the room smelled weird, it was super dimmed, the lights to the bathroom were outside the bathroom. I absolutely couldn't stay here. I had to book my stay elsewhere. Overall, this place needs to be repainted, get their signs and lights fixed, tow the abandoned cars in the lot, and update their rooms. The whole place in general looks tired and worn.

The Bike Cafe is priced very reasonably and offers a huge selection of breakfast to dinner friendly foods; healthy salads, parfaits, fresh hot food and prepackaged snacks; basically anything to keep the customers comfortable while playing; they use a lot of the robots to move food; they come a bit close to the humans.
