If I could've put zero stars, I would've this is absolutely the worst dental office I have ever been to. I went to the office in Warren terrible. Dentist took out the bottom left three parts of the in my mouth when I went back there they told me it wasn't days I was able to pull them out. They gave me a price to get my bottom plate, I called my insurance and they said percent hundred percent now I tried calling them to see if they're gonna take care of my teeth and they hang up on me all the time. What kind of professionalism is that? I probably would recommend this dentist to my worst enemy but absolutely nobody else now I have to appointment with a new dentist if they can take care of my bottom teeth because they all out and left some pieces in my mouth too, which was very painful read more

Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy It started off friendly and nice then turned into the worst experience ever ! Doctor Marinsoul is the worst doctor in their office moves extremely slow she took 2 almost 3 hours on my cleaning and fill ins on 2 teeth and still did the wrong teeth Dr marinsoul I tried to speak with someone about mistake and was blamed on me saying I said the pain was in the wrong tooth even after they put those giant x-ray pieces to check beforehand I watched the other doctor see at least 3 people before she seen 1 I had to go to a different office to fix the problem read more

I will never again go to a dentist who has a boss that isn't a dentist. This company is owned/run by lawyers trying to take advantage of us and the doctors. They accept Medicaid which is why many people go, and they think they can scam the system, at the expense of low-income and often people of color. It should be illegal for lawyers to hire staff that are so rude and create a system where I end up in pain and needed to spend more money than I should have. Shame on them. read more

If I could rate under 1 star I would. My foster children had appointments today but woke up sick so I called immediately. First I was hung up in because Lexie is so quick to get off the phone. I called back and was told due to not cancelling a full 24 hours before it would take months to get them rescheduled. So I was told to avoid that I should bring them in sick. During a pandemic. What a joke this place is. I wonder how many others brought kids or themselves in sick. My first visit was horrible due to the rude front desk staff. Same girl who was rude last time. Lexie on her dental assistant power trip. Spread colds and Covid smart. Just called me back, extremely rude, speaking over me. And more worried about my foster sons insurance over bringing sick kids into a dentist. read more

I think the people are very nice, but I had to come back 3 times. The fillings kept coming out, for months ,I tried another dentist and was told just pull them..damage is done from 3x'sdrilling and now I'm looking at dentures.. very sad and upset.. read more

Normally, I'd give it a 5 star rating. However, wait times are longer than usual. There's a higher employee turnover rate. They are currently understaffed. Still, service and treatment are good. Staff is pleasant. Good overall care. What happened today was absolutely unacceptable! I heard sneezing, sniffing, and coughing, constantly. It sounded like a barking dog. Someone sounded like they were very ill. I thought it was an ignorant patient, which some do come sick, unfortunately. When I seen it was an employee, it made me even more angry and upset! The employee was visibly very ill. She wasn't covering her mouth or wearing a mask. She shouldn't have been at work, she should've been home. Nobody wants to get sick! If my son and I get sick, we know where it came from and I'm gonna be very angry! That employee has probably already done infected and contaminated the whole office already! Good grief. If you cancel more then 5 appointments in a year you will be banned from making any more appointments and will become a walk in patient only and don't get upset about it or they'll cancel your appointment This happened to me and my wife. They called us to come in as early as we can as they had cancellations that day. We got there an hour earlier then our appointment. We waited and waited. My wife got up to reschedule her appointment, as we were still waiting an hour later. At that time she was told she could not reschedule. Walk in only appointments I wasn't supposed to be upset about this. When I became upset they canceled my appointment too. I think front office has a problem with policies, even though they told us to arrive early. Power trip, they have. Very unprofessional. My wife was treated unfairly. I went this afternoon to get my mom into her appointment but the girls upfront desk were very rude to me and my mom. They made me feel like am a different person by keep yelling to get near us, and leave my mom alone, but I had to stay with her because she can't speak English but they still didn't want me to be with her. Very rude. I would never visit this dental service, they don't deserve the money we waste on them. Hope these women get what they deserve. They made my mom look dumb. read more

The hygienists and assistants and doctors were good. I love Dr. Junga! The office manager was very rude/unprofessional because I answered my phone while I was in the chair. Mind you there is no signage posted not to use your phone and I was waiting in the chair for 45 minutes before they even addressed me. Two days prior was my first appointment took 2 hours just for X-rays and I didn't even end up getting my cleaning or filling. This place accepts Medicaid which is terrible coverage (I know because I too have it), I assume that is why they schedule multiple patients at the same time a lot around lunch time. The office was clean, the desk staff was friendly, the dental assistants were king, the dentist made me very comfortable and did a awesome job. However, the billing process was and still is not clear. They charge me a price before the service and I paid it. When I went in and talked with the office Manager, she could not even explain it after she called someone on the telephone. She called me January 2022 whi I was battling Covid and said, I owe a balance of $40. I said I am I'll right now but I will get back with you. They sent me another bill for $199. When I tried to get some clarity by asking for a itemized bill, the office worker said they would send one. A week later they call and threatened me with a collection agency via my voicemail. I called and their office Manager was not available. I paid the bill to stop any further harassment and decided they will not get any more of my business. read more

I absolutely love this dentist! My son and I both go here. Friendly staff. Neat and clean. They get you in right away. Short wait period. They always take great care of my son and I. They ate very attentive. Great personalities and they make you feel comfortable. If even come to enjoy watching the children's movies they play lol. read more

The office staff was prompt and courteous, they kept the office neat, clean and professional. In the beginning my dentist seemed very personable; However, I ended up being very unsatisfied with Dr. ( I use that title loosely ) Guinall, He caused sensitivity in my back teeth after replacing the sealants on there; I had no previous pain in that area. Later, on a separate visit I had an abscess near a problematic tooth, he attempted to leave without addressing the issue even though that was the reason for my visit. When I asked him about the abscess he simply stated " let me know what you decide about that tooth" and then he walked away. I ended up at the urgent care for antibiotics where I was advised to see a dentist; I explained I had just come from the dentist. The Dr.'s response was awe, she couldn't believe he let me walk out of the office with such a massive infection. Shame on you Mr. Guinall. read more

By far the worst possible office! Besides the hours of waiting, the staff is extremely unprofessional..they only take out half your cavity! I've been suffering because I trusted them with my teeth the dentist clearly shouldn't be a dentist. I ended up with root canals because he didn't drill out all the cavity in the teeth I got done.: So if you want to spend $200 on a tooth here just to end up paying a couple grand fixing their mistakes a couple months later then go here ..otherwise avoid them at all costs. I had 3 teeth done here and within 6 months I was going to another dentist due to pain in my newly filled teeth and he was in disbelief of how horrible destiny dental cared for my teeth. I am currently 6 months pregnant and using Medicaid for coverage. This dental office was the only one that would take me for my medical concerns. I went in for a tooth that was bothering me. They found nothing wrong and sent me on my way with an appointment to come back for a cleaning. At my tooth cleaning appointment, they found a small cavity forming and said they could fix it then and there and I agreed to let them. 2 weeks post treatment I can no longer eat on that tooth. I came back to Destiny Dental and had them take a look. They applied cold to the area and it had hurt. So they prescribed sensitivity toothpaste which cost me $21 as it was not covered by my insurance. I used it for 2 weeks when they told me to use it for 1 week. I returned with the same issue and they referred me elsewhere. My tooth had no pain prior to going there, I returned multiple times and they tell me they cannot fix it and refer me to a specialist I cannot afford. On top of being pregnant and having my plate full, this was not properly handled and medically unprofessional. They broke me and cannot fix me. read more

you arrive 20 minutes early. and you get the chair 20 minutes later. then you sit in chair for 20 minutes, then someone talks to you. then you wait 20 minutes for the dr to come in and take care of business. there very slow in the chair, they try to get you to get every procedure in the book so they make more money. and they dont make appointments then like everyone else does, they say we will get a hold of you in 5 months and make them then.. so you spend 80 minutes of your time, for 5 minutes of work to clean your teeth. they need to change this or lose me as customer with my whole family. read more

AVOID DESTINY DENTAL AT ALL COSTS!!!! These people are horrible. My boyfriend went there and came back and told me horrible news. So i went myself with him for the next visit. Sure enough. They cut his face with the X-Ray machine, their equipment is way out of date, and they are the upmost unsanitary animals by using USED Blue Bibs that they use for any blood or water that spills from your mouth! Then they told him that he cant go anywhere else till all the fillings are done!!! They were rude, unsanitary, and broke several health regulation rules and need to be shut down for good. They are polite, very sterile, up to date, and tell you flat out what is wrong and the MANY ways they can help you along with payment options, how much it will all coat out of pocket and with insurance, and will even show you the X-Rays they take in order for you to get a better understanding. Horrible customer service. 1st initial appointment for my son i had to reschedule the day before his appointment because the dentist wasn't going to be working. Once we finally had our first appointment they didn't fully clean his teeth and we found out he had a very bad cavity. The treatment plan was to 1st go for a baby root canal and the last choice would be to extract his tooth because his permanent wouldn't grow in for another 4 or 5 yrs. So when i scheduled his 2nd appointment to get his root canal they scheduled me for 11 instead of 1. I wanted to also schedule my youngest an appointment to just get a cleaning and first check up, he's 3 yo. When i scheduled my youngest his appointment i brought up the 1 which was what i thought was the same time as his brother's. I found out they accidentally scheduled for 11 instead so i just said ok schedule my youngest for the same exact time. Only to get a confirmation text with 2 different times. I had to call again to try to schedule for both at 11 only to find out tne 11 was full so had to switch to 12 for both of them. On the day of their appointment i get a call a half hr before the appointment to say the dentist had an emergency and i needed to reschedule. I called up right after i received the message and told them I would be on my way because my son really needed his root canal. Once i got there i had immediate attitude from the receptionist who was in casual wear, long sleeve t shirt and jeans, the hygienist leaned on the back counter with her arms folded and laughing. The dentist sat behind the receptionist and wouldn't even look my way. I was told my son didn't have a root canal on his treatment plan n his tooth would be extracted. I told her no, i spoke with the dentist sitting behind her and the dentist turned her back. I told her it was unprofessional to call a half hr before to cancel she said that its their office policy to close if they haven't had any patients for over 4 hrs. I decided to cancel my son's appointment but asked for corporate number she gave me the employee hotline number. When asked why the receptionist lied on the phone and told me they had to cancel for an emergency and now i was being told something different she said she never told me that and slammed the number down and said have a good day sweetheart. read more

I don't know that stupid lady name she know who she is I don't care if she's the owner or whatever title she have working at the dental place have no manner. Respect , rude, bitchy and not very professional there... in the side note: she need anger management because the whole time my little family was there all I here is she bitchy yelling at us only as if that place never have kids running around and I only have one child.. she's either races and don't like Asian but everyone else in there are nice even the dentist that was taking care of us was nice... she must grew up with out any manner in her family or something..I can go back there and point finger at her letting you know who she is and everyone in there office know exactly whom I'm talking about....please if you want to be professional at what you do please go back and take some management course.
