A year ago these folks scheduled me in for an emergency extraction. It went very well. I was too…read moreuncomfortable at that time to appreciate the experience. Today, I went in to get an exam for some new discomfort. The office was clean and bright. The doctor spent a good deal of time with me and was clearly engaged in providing care and answering all my questions. They use all the latest technology, and the staff is easily the nicest that I've ever encountered in a dentist's office. I've found my new dentist.

Today I told worker Antonio that I would no longer be returning to Warren Family Dentistry. After I…read morewas contacted to reschedule my 6mo visit (which I was fine with), the morning of my rescheduled visit, Antonio had called me 2 twice and left me 2 messages - the first asking if I could come in a bit earlier, the second telling me my appointment would be cancelled because they hadn't "heard back from me". My appointment was scheduled for 12p Saturday, and I woke up at 10:30a to these messages (forgive me I like to sleep in on the weekends, hence why my appointment was scheduled at 12p). I immediately called back and spoke with Antonio who told me that their staff was sick with the flu and "honestly shouldn't have been working with patients" so they sent them home early and did not have staff for my appointment. I let Antonio know I was frustrated since I'd already rescheduled and then had my appointment cancelled, all because of the office and not me. Antonio apologized and asked what they could do for me...which was weird since they're a dental office. Do they offer free cleanings? When I attempted to reschedule Antonio asked "can you only come in on Saturdays?" I said yes. Antonio THEN responded with "why do you work during the week?" And this is when I lost all respect for Antonio and told him I would not be returning. Openly telling me that his staff was sick and working with the public, asking me to come in earlier to be seen by this sick staff so they could be sent home, and then asking me personal questions that were none of his business and did not have any impact on me scheduling a visit. Further, on my second visit, the dentist on duty asked me why I wanted teeth whitening and asked if I wanted "Hollywood white" when I inquired about services for my upcoming wedding, making me feel silly about asking while also denying business for them. This place must really put on a front for their first time patients! That or the weekend staff is in their own little world.

Got notified about a visit I never scheduled or went to. Called their actual phone number. Went…read moredirectly to voicemail without any greeting to let a caller know what entity they have reached. I was a patient with this office for close to 50 years. In the fall of 2023 and early 2024 I had…read moresome health issues and unfortunately this enabled me to not be able to go to the office to have my teeth cleaned. Once I was able to go, I called the office in March 2024 to schedule a cleaning appointment and was told I couldn't due to a hadn't had a cleaning in two years (it actually wasn't 2 years but getting close to it). I spoke with the office manager and she informed me that it was the office policy that one would have to see the dentist first at a separate appointment before scheduling a cleaning if one had not had a cleaning in 2 years. I have never heard of this type of policy!! Again, I was a patient there for over 50 years. I asked the office manager to look at my chart and my situation but she didn't care. She just kept saying "it's the office policy". I was frustrated and hung up on her. The next thing I know I received a letter from the new owner of the practice informing me that I was dismissed from his office. I did nothing wrong to deserve this. The only thing I did was, I told the office manager she didn't care. Which she apparently did not. I fully know if it was the past owner, which I loved, she would of looked into my situation and I would have been seen for a cleaning without being seen first by the dentist at a separate appointment. It's a shame this new owner, not even knowing me, decided to dismiss a long time patient all because I said the office manager did not care. On a side note, I was able to schedule a cleaning appointment with my husband's office the next day without seeing the dentist first at a separate appointment . They had never heard of an office having a two year cleaning policy. I guess everything happens for a reason and the moral of this story is: if you don't care that an office manager or new owner of this office does not care about their patients then go there.
