Wedding planning was tough but with the help of Tracy, the honeymoon planning was super easy. We picked a destination that not a lot of people typically go and she helped us customize our trip to fit our needs. She also was very patient with us when we ran into some small problems overseas. Website brings terrible flights (much better selection and price on Kayak, etc.) and hotels. Prices are 3-4x national players they charge you $30+ just to call them. And they make you call them, if you book a flight on United, instead of calling United customer service (which is surprisingly more helpful, that's a low bar) you have to call Polk at $30+. With the internet why would anyone use a travel agent anyhow, especially at these prices, pay more get less selection, BRILLIANT!
