She helped us figure out where we wanted to go on our honeymoon by giving us several different options based off of what we were looking for. If I could rathe them 0 stars I would. They caused chaos when we booked our honeymoon with them and they were very uneducated about traveling and Covid restrictions/requirements. The owner of this company, Kem Matthews, laughed at me when I inquired about a refund when we returned a day early from our honeymoon, after moving into 2 separate resorts and 8 different hotel rooms within a 4 day period. We encountered all sorts of issues such as paying for a room with air conditioning to not getting it, dirty rooms, no hot shower water, unable to get food at most of the restaurants because we were never told we needed reservations and we had booked an all-inclusive resort to be able to eat when we please. When we walked past some of the restaurants, there were cats roaming the buffet lines with you, not leaving the most hygienic feel when you're about to eat. We booked with Andy Baker and I would highly recommend NOT using him (very uneducated and not helpful when you encounter issues on your vacation) and I would also not recommend giving your hard earned money to this business owner. When I asked for any sort of compensation after taking all the steps noted in the fine print of our reservation if we had encountered issues and Kem laughed and noted he has never issued a refund for any services he has provided anyone- buyer beware, he wants your business up front and doesn't care if you come back. read more

My friend is getting married this summer in Mexico and we were told to use this agency to book the trip. Working with a travel agent in 2022 seems counterintuitive, and honestly, it is! Their prices are the same as the hotel's website, they offer no additional services or perks, and when I asked our assigned agent Kyle why we should book with him, his only reasoning was "Why not?". He then told me if I didn't book with him, I would have to pay extra to attend my friend's actual ceremony. Why? He wasn't sure. I called the hotel direct and was told that no, that would not be the case. After that, I passed dealing with Kyle to my friend (sorry friend!) to book for four of us as I somehow (dumbly) thought it would make it easier for the wedding party to keep track of everyone. When one person in our party had to cancel due to a family conflict, our agent Kyle said he could do nothing in terms of a refund, or even reach out and try and ask the hotel to issue a refund. To quote Kyle's email: "Please let me know how you would like me to argue for a refund on a non-refundable booking and I will do so." Really? Your agency allegedly works with this resort all of the time and a cancellation has never happened? You can't do anything and want us to give you a class in communication and basic customer service. At least lie and say you'll try and reach out and see what they can do. Total joke of a company, completely irrelevant, and Kyle apparently can't do anything beyond sending condescending emails to his "clients". read more

If I could give no stars I would! We went to Mexico for a family wedding and it was a nightmare. Overpriced, poor customer service, and no follow through on problems after the trip. Well, just like you reading this I heard about them through a referral who also performed a destination wedding. The process is far more seamless for a single focused such as this business which honestly we did compare against the online bookers...and we saved a boat load. With EH, the staff is friendly seeing your experience through end to end especially if you have a large party traveling insuring that proper documentation is captured, rooms, cars, airfare, and other. Also, keeping up with changes in airlines which happens. The benefit for going through this company is similar to shopping at a grocery store when a price drops on CERTAIN services, your price will adjust as well but will not go up. It made us rethink how we book travel in general after years of using Priceline, and Orbitz. read more

I worked specifically with Kyle for both trips and couldn't have been more pleased. He is professional and very responsive. I felt that he gave me his honest opinion to my questions for what I was looking to get out of my trips, which I really appreciated. He also communicated to the resort that my last trip was for a special birthday occasion for a friend and they did fun decor/birthday things for her. I used Enchanted Honeymoons for my destination wedding and the only good thing about them was that.....oh, wait, there wasn't anything good about them. First of all I brought 22 people to their business to book week long trips to Hawaii and most people extended their stays. You would think this type of money would at least get you a call when the flights changed....but NOTHING! I even booked my fiance's children through them and when their flights changed - did I get a call?? NO! Are you kidding me?? I called a few times with questions and nobody else in the office could help me if Grace was out of the office (which was a lot of the time). I sent an email to our agent and the next day everything was squared away. We actually ended up with an upgrade.
