After a long wait, I finally received a response on October 29 apologizing for the delay and confirming my date was available. They asked me to schedule a call through their portal to discuss details, which I did for November 4. Unfortunately, they did not show up for the call. They eventually connected with me later that day, and I sent inspiration photos to help with planning. After that, I heard nothing until January 16, 2026, when Katie messaged me asking if I had seen her proposal. She apologized for the lack of follow-up and said she would resend it if needed. I informed her that I had not received the proposal in my spam or portal, and she promised to resend it the next day. However, by January 17, I still had not received anything. I followed up again on March 1, 2026, hoping for some progress. Despite the ongoing communication issues, I was drawn to their work because of the beautiful photos and event space they showcased on Instagram. I really wanted to use their services. On March 2, I finally received a response from Stephen, who explained Katie was attending a conference but assured me I would get the proposal within a few days, no later than the end of that week. Now, 20 days later, I have received no proposal and no further follow-up. I am left with no choice but to look elsewhere. If I could give zero stars, I would. I cannot comment on their food or event space because I was never able to utilize their services. I want to support local small businesses, but this experience has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating.

The mini-spin is a piece of paper inside a box that spins and you get 3 colors to pour in and you can add glitter at the end. The t-shirt and canvas painting is inside a room where they leave you to it to splatter paint and have fun. They play music and have a drum set you can you pour paint on to splatter paint everywhere if you want. They give your group some tools to make different designs and 6 neon colors. We asked for black paint and they brought us out a cup of it. I highly recommend the black paint and asking to add glitter to the canvases after you get done. They have tacks in the pallets for you to hang your canvas up to pain on it and they work as long as you aren't touching the canvas. Anytime we tried to touch our canvas, they would fall off. The tacks aren't sturdy and give out a bit to the weight so the canvas slips off. The drum takes a TON of paint to splatter so unless you dump all of the paint you are given for the canvas and shirt, you really can't splatter paint with the drumsticks. If you are bringing a group of people, make sure you ride together. The parking lot is extremely small and tight! They do have a set of lockers inside to lock up belongings so you don't have to leave them out in your car, which is extremely helpful! Definitely worth checking out.

If you're going to do at least two of the activities, consider doing one of the passes rather than paying individually. Place is clean and fairly large. The bride and groom came early to help setup and welcome a few guests. Mager Designs had a crew come and set up the wedding. Everything was going as planned until 1 hour before the arrival of the guests. The lady leading the setup decided to pull her crew before completing one of the most important parts of the wedding, the stage for the bride and groom. They forgot accessories, did not complete the stage and made a final decision to leave before consulting either the bride or grooms families. After the grooms side's Mother was noticeably upset about the incompletion of the work we tried to get ahold of Chris, the Owner of the company. Chris was rude, combative and tried blaming the wedding host for making last "minute" changes that were too much for them to handle. Chris said, "We do 200 wedding a year and I have never seen anyone complain over something so small". It was terrible customer service and they did not feel at all bad about the situation and did nothing to make it right. I hope that everyone reads this and gets a clear picture-that if you want your once in a lifetime opportunity to marry the person you love to be perfect, Mager Designs is not the company to work it.
