My dog and I met with Michael and our evaluation went well so he said the next step would be to have my dog meet his dogs to rule out dog to dog aggressive behavior. Long story short, there was no follow up from Michael or Joseph when I reached out to him. I paid $150 to have someone tell me to redirect my dog with hot dogs. Choose another training facility. However, HD has an amazing selection of the go-to items and they always have new and fun things to try out. With price? I don't really know how I could compare theirs with the big people because so much of what they have is local and unique - but the items I've purchased here that are available elsewhere, I have yet to see any sort of price differential that would even make me consider shopping elsewhere. Once, a manufacturer of one of the products Lady used had a slightly lower price on that product - maybe $4 less on a hundred dollar thing - BUT, shipping was $8. (I was only looking to get the instructions from the manufacturer - I swear I wasn't going to switch shops, really!) I can't recommend Hot Diggity enough - really and truly. They told us to wait out front while they got them but I followed them in anxious to see my "babies" They were in small individual cages well apart from each other, wet, and no bedding or toys. To top it all off, these people had the audacity to try and charge us full price saying that they had only been moved temporarily while their original place was being cleaned. Problem was, I passed by their enclosure I had rented and reserved and there were other dogs in there. Next trip we brought our dogs to Cape Veterinary in Yarmouth. Beautiful place, clean and they took wonderful care of our pets.

Lynne at Howl-a-Day and her staff take very good care of our Ernie and we brought him to stay for a week recently when we were on vacation. I am a 'helicopter parent' when it comes to our little dog since we got him at 12 weeks and he is five now and apart from his initial 3-week training course in his first year, he has been in the company of my husband or myself constantly, except when he is at Howl-a-Day for day care. I knew he couldn't have been in better hands. I appreciate all that they do to keep our furry friends happy and to accommodate kooks like me who worry way too much about their pets.
