And yes, sunbathing seems to be a favorite pastime for many of the marine mammals there! Much of the nature trails are in a park like setting where you can get panoramic views of the bay, the docks and pier. Their is plenty of shopping to be had, restaurants, museums, boating trips, and even scuba diving classes. In the tourist trap perspective, just about everything in this city is pricey from souvenirs to food, but one thing is for certain, you can't beat the free scenery!
