This shop handled the insurance coordination and repairs so well, we didn't consider another shop when our SUV had some front-end damage. The dealership up the road was terrible with their communication for getting parts, but Simon at Remmington's was fantastic in letting me know the status (as best he could). They also ran my car every day and moved it and kept it secure in their nice building (my car was damaged in an attempted theft in Memphis.) 3. When I picked up the car after about six weeks in their shop, (again, waiting for parts,) I was met by the owner, who told me he personally works on the cars to ensure quality work. The shop is big, well-equipped, and impressive. I left for my 668-mile drive home very happy. I highly recommend this place!

Memphis Collision of Cordova - My Go-To for Auto Repairs!…read more 10 Stars!!! This is the second time I've had to use Memphis Collision of Cordova, and just like the first time, they absolutely blew me away! Seems I failed writing a review the first time. I can't let this go by without posting reviews every where I can. I'm shouting from the roof top how great they are. The entire staff is very attentive and keeps you aware of what's going on with your repair. Paulita, Chris, Michael, I am trying to make up for failing to post a review the first time. Please forgive me. The first repair was after my neighbor's child damaged my door with tree loppers (just a few months after I bought my car brand new ). While it was there, they also fixed damage from a tree that had fallen on the hood. I did my research first, and the reviews were great--one reviewer said they'd gone to Memphis Collision every few years for different things and were never disappointed. That stuck with me, and now I feel exactly the same way! They did such an incredible job the first time that I knew exactly where to go when I needed repairs again. This time, a lady hit my car while it was parked at the grocery store. The impact messed up the rear fender near my side cameras, bent my tire rim, and made my back door not close flush--I was heartbroken. But once again, Memphis Collision of Cordova worked their magic. My car looks absolutely brand new again! The quality, attention to detail, and professionalism are second to none. These guys will always be my go-to for repairs done right. Oh, and they detailed my car before returning to me. It LOOKS & SMELLS just like a brand new car. You guys ROCK!!! PS- I didn't have to pay anything, the lady's insurance covered the damages.
